New Car purchase

This was the car buying experience I had in 30 years. The customer service and follow were excellent. Both George and the manager were easy to deal with and gave me a sense of high integrity and the feeling that this was the place to buy a car.

Best Customer Service Experience!

I searched for the most perfect Mercedes for months. I thought I found the right one and inquired about it online. Bill Winslow promptly called me to schedule a time for me to come in. By the time I could make it in the C250 coupe I wanted was sold. Bill however changed my disappointment into a huge win. He showed me a better car that went above and beyond my expectations. He made this experience completely stress free and took such good care of me. He made me feel like family and I am so very grateful that he handled my car buying experience. Thank you Bill Winslow and everyone at RBM of Alpharetta. It was a pleasure and I love my Mercedes!

Michael Pietrzak

I actually enjoyed buying a car from Michael. He is knowledgable and easy to get along with. I first met him in September when my fiance bought a car from him. They were honest, and would not take my trade then because it was not in my favor. That told me everything I needed to know about them. Integrity is important and they have it in spades. Michael Pietrzak Is the Greatest

I would give Michael more than five stars if I could. He was very laid back and not pretentious or pushy. He really made the car buying experience easy. As a matter-of-fact, I just picked up my truck today. In September 2015, my fiancé pick several dealerships that had the Benz that she wanted. After going to another dealership at which she was not happy with the service, we ended our day at RBM. It was such a pleasant car buying experience, I came back to Mike on Saturday to purchase my new vehicle. He and his manager N. Turry and the finance Department's Ms. Sharon made sure that we knew what charges we were getting in the entire deal. They even refused to have me purchase in September because the trade would not have worked in my favor. I appreciate honesty and customer loyalty. I would certainly continue to do business here. Mike, thanks again my friend.

Good experience

Every employee I dealt with was courteous and professional. Fabian helped me to make an informed decision on the purchase of my certified C300 4matic. I was also offered a reasonable price for my trade-in vehicle.

Great Experience With Bill

I just want to say that Bill was a great salesman. I went in on a Saturday told him what I wanted, the dealership didn't have it he looked it up and by Tuesday my car was there. I had been looking for about 6 months everyone wanted to sell me what they had on the lot, but not Bill he got me the car I wanted and did I say how much I love My Ruby Red Slk... Thanks Again Bill

Phenomenal

I want to thank Derrick Wynn and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta. Back in January, I had been looking for a GLK 350 and went to many luxury dealerships such as MLM, Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and the customers lacked as well as communication. I looked online on Jan 7, 2016 and found the vehicle I was looking for and the very next day Derrick Wynn called me. He was very professional and customer service was outstanding. Derrick called me back after getting everything taking care of and asked me when do I want to come pick up my car!!! With the help of Derrick and his team I purchased my car within less than 24hrs. He has been hands on with follow-up calls and all ever since the purchase. I personally met the finance manager and sales manager who were also phenomenal. This is my 1st time purchasing a Mercedes and this definitely won't be my last. I have told many of my friends about my experience. I LOVE RMB!!
