Ron DelValle knows his stuff, we looked at two other high-end brands at their respective dealerships and came back to Ron at RBM because he was able to thoroughly explain the features of the car we were interested in - the salespeople at the other brand dealerships knew very little about what they were selling. He's pleasant and professional, has answered all questions promptly and addressed any issues professionally.
