The Best !!!

In the last 15 years, we have purchased 10 premium automobiles most of them at premium dealerships. However, none of the other times compare or even come close to our recent Mercedes purchase at RBM Alpharetta. Mr. Reza Azizi is without any question the kind of person you are looking for every time you walk into a dealership but very seldom find. Knowledgeable about his product, gentle and kind as a person and somebody you enjoy a conversation with. RBM excels in making the buying experience pleasant and efficient and Mr. Azizi is the key ingredient in that experience. I strongly recommend them both.

My second Mercedes

Mr Sayers still remembers me whenever I brought my ML350 in for service. When I decided to trade in my 09 ML350 for the new 16 GLE350, I went straight back to see Andy.

No Problems, No Pressure

I recently returned to buy a second car from Dan Berry and RBM Alpharetta. . This is a great dealership with no pressure and no problems.. Dan is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I have no concerns about recommending Dan or RMB to a friend.

Great Team in Alpharetta

After my mother purchased a car there, I came back to get a new 2016 vehicle. Excellent service in handling the sale of the car and my trade-in. Very clean and comfortable dealership with a very friendly support staff. Michael Pietrzak, my sales person and Neil, the Sales Manager, were very knowledgeable and accommodating through the entire experience. I'll be purchasing my next car there for sure.

GL450 Purchase

I purchased my first ever Mercedes from RBM of Alpharetta by this gentleman Vadim Russu who was excellent in his expertise. Right from the get go when I first spoke to him to inquire about this particular model he was very pro active, had amazing grip of knowledge on the models, their features and functions, the descriptions of different packages and same advise without being pushy or forcing me, He was polite in person, took care of me and my family as royalty, made sure to ensure the buying process is as smooth as it can be and made my purchase piece of cake. He took all the trouble on him and ensure my visit to dealership was short and purposeful. I will definitely recommend everyone to go there and deal with only Vadim Russu.

Mr. Favini did it

I called 3 times to RBM for a specific car and the first 2 sales people failed to get me in the door. Mr. Favini went out of his way and sent me a picture of the vehicle i specifically want. So I came I saw I buy. Thank you

Great car, great people, great salesman.

Every once in a while a special opportunity comes along that is too good to be true. In my case, it was a CLK 350 convertible at RBM Alpharetta. I had been searching for one for several weeks and didn't find exactly what I was looking for yet. One evening, doing a random Google search, there it was ... only available for two days, low mileage, and a good CARFAX report. The dealership was still open so I called for more information and Dan Berry answered. After a few minutes, I decided to make the 33 mile drive from Buckhead the following morning. Dan met me and took me to the car and then we went inside and went over some of my questions. Within two hours I had put a deposit down on the car and we're off and running, or should I say driving? Dan's tenure with RBM as a service department manager before deciding to take the leap into sales was an added bonus for me. From that point forward, Dan made sure that we took care of all of the details to fit my schedule. I also want acknowledge the cooperation that I got from Mark McQuaid, the sales manager of the used vehicle department. In fact, everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Of all of the cars that I have bought for many years, Dan was the most knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly that I've ever dealt with. Purchase of a new Mercedes E 350

My experience with RBM and Ron Delvalley was excellent. Ron is very knowledgeable and walked me through all the ins and outs of the car purchase. They also gave me a discount for a 2016 model that was hard to ignore. Ron also sold a car to my wife last year. In summary, the dealership was very efficient, a good value with excellent knowledge and, I did not feel pressured to buy a car.
