Out of state buyer, out of ordinary experience

We bought a car from this dealership in March and I'm only now getting to write a review. I live in MA but had no geographic limits, for a CPO with (only) the options I sought. Said vehicle was found at RBM of Alpharetta and Ms. Razavi handled everything courteously. I had a lot of questions, as women are wont to, but her patience and professionalism knew no bounds. I would recommend her many times over and if she were in MA or I in GA, she'd be my go-to for all sales Mercedes!

Bought a new CLA250

I bought a new CLA250 for my wife, and Mr.Fabian helped us to get the right vehicle for us. It was our first time at RBM, and Mr.Fabian treated us like his own family. Very kind, nice, explained everything we needed to know abou the car and helped us to get the right price. I would go back to him if I want to buy a Mercedes. I recommend everyone to go see Mr.Fabian at RBM. He is the best....

Awesome buying experience

It was our first time buying a Mercedes and we could not have asked for a better experience from Reza Azizi or RBM of Alpharetta. They have a great team at RBM and took care of us all the way through the process. Reza was great about answering questions and doing 90% of our business over the phone so when we got there it was a quick turn around. Will definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta and Reza!

Car Purchase

I purchased my first ever Mercedes from RBM of Alpharetta by this gentleman Vadim Russu who was excellent in his expertise. Right from the get go when I first spoke to him to inquire about this particular model he was very pro active, had amazing grip of knowledge on the models, their features and functions, the descriptions of different packages and same advise without being pushy or forcing me, He was polite in person, took care of me and my family as royalty, made sure to ensure the buying process is as smooth as it can be and made my purchase piece of cake. He took all the trouble on him and ensure my visit to dealership was short and purposeful. I will definitely recommend everyone to go there and deal with only Vadim Russu.

Awesome Experience

We were looking for a particular Mustang GT Premium. I was searching for a 2014 with low miles and was surprised to find one and the twin to my convertible at RBM Mercedes-Benz dealership in GA.. I emailed I was interested in finding out more and Dan Berry took my call so to speak. He is awesome. It isn't easy to develop a sense of trust by phone. Dan made that happen. It was necessary as we live in WI and would have to drive to Georgia with a 99 percent feeling we would buy this vehicle. We got there and the vehicle was sitting in a corner of the showroom on red carpet shining like a brand new car. We were greeted as if he had known us for years. We took it for a drive, checked it out and said yes we want it.The rest of the buying procedure went smooth as silk with employees that were as friendly and professional as Dan Berry. We have some great pictures to remember the best buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend RBM to anyone I knew. Thank you to all of you for treating us so well. Special car. Very special dealer with wonderful people.

Awesome service.

I had been doing my research for over a year. Went to RBM on Sept 2014, just looking not ready to purchase yet. Over the year Ramona kept in touch with me. Occasionally sending me emails, asking if I had purchased yet or still looking. Not pushy and trying to make a sale. A year later I was ready. Went back to her and she was awesome. Made everything easy and smooth. Best dealership ever. Lisa (finance) was great as well.

Bill Winslow is the best.

Bill has worked with me on two purchases. He's a trustworthy guy and really knows his stuff. He is easy to work with and very helpful.

A trade and a purchase

I have known Dan Berry for six or seven years - formerly as my service adviser and now as my representative for a trade-in and new purchase. Dan is one of the most professional sales executives I have ever met and dealing with him on a fairly comp[ex transaction was actually a pleasure. Dan took care of us in one day and made the experience actually stress free ( which isn't easy). Dan makes every customer feels as though he or she is a personal friend and that is why he has such a faithful and loyal following. Vince Brannon Alpharetta

Mid-Life Crisis Made Easy!

When I was in my 20s, I decided that one day i would own a Mercedes convertible. But life has a way of reprioritizing and reallocating, and so fast forward 30 years, and here I was, at 51, still waiting and wishing for the MB cabriolet. Enter RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona Razavi, the most fantastic sales associate there at the dealership! I saw the car of my dreams advertised on the website, contacted Ramona to schedule a test drive, and the rest, as they say, is history! Every part of the experience with RBM (and Ramona) was nothing short of excellent! The dealership is clean and luxe, the staff courteous and professional (but never pretentious). Ramona walked my partner and I through the entire buying process, explaining details with a friendly demeanor that put us at ease. Once the offer was made, she toured us around the dealership to familiarize us with the Service Department. We met with the Finance coordinator, Sharon Thompson, who was, like Ramona, a joy to work with... very down to earth and friendly, while still managing to be efficient and professional, getting us in and out of the paper-signing phase quickly and painlessly! Finally, we were introduced to Kyle Edson, our Product Concierge, who took time to fully explain the features and details of our new car. Since taking possession of the car, I have received follow up emails and phone calls from both Ramona and Kyle to be sure my experience was good and to offer their continued assistance should i have any questions or concerns as i "learn the car". Outstanding! Everyone at RBM works at a high level of professionalism and with obvious respect for the client, and I would most definitely recommend the dealership, and in particular, Ramona Razavi, to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes Benz. You won't be disappointed!

Purchased new GLK

I recently purchased a new 2015 GLK from RBM Alpharetta. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from RBM Alpharetta and they continue to provide a great buying experience. This purchase and the last purchase for my daughter were handled by Bill Winslow and Bill really did a great job. He not only located the exact vehicle I wanted but had it shipped quickly and worked out a delivery date/time to fit my extremely busy schedule and at a price lower than I expected to pay. If you’re like me and expect a company to earn your business, then I think you’ll be extremely happy with your experience at RBM Alpharetta and certainly with the level of customer service provided by Bill Winslow.
