Fabian is Outstanding

Bought our second ML350 from Fabian on 19th Dec'14 (our first one on 26th Oct'13). Because of the superb customer experience we had while buying our 2014 ML350, I flew all the way from Houston to buy our second ML350 (2015) from Fabian....despite the fact that there are 3 MB dealers within 45 mins driving distance from our home at Katy. I am his customer for life....he is the BEST! Lisa is also excellent ...she had all the paper work done ahead of time and completed the whole transaction in only 15 mins.

Great Experience!

Ron listened to what I wanted and found me the car I was looking for. He was very friendly and had great communication.He made the transaction go very smoothly. Sharon in financing was thorough and very nice. They treated me very well, I love my new car!

The art of Customer Service is not lost...

If any of you are like me, then you take notice when you receive outstanding customer service. I walked into RBM for the first time about 4 months ago, I was weighing my options as my current lease was coming to a close. I was indecisive but was lucky enough to be working with Bill Winslow- he sat with me on several different occasions went over all my options and was comfortable with my extended time frame (meaning I was not going to buy that day). He would send me email check-ins on occasion, not too pushy but enough to let me know that he hadn't forgotten. Well...I purchased my ML350 this week and I have to say that I would never purchase a car from any other dealership besides RBM nor would I want to work with anyone other than Bill- terrific experience on all levels. Everyone from the General Manager to Finance was terrific. If you desire a great buying experience, look no further than RBM- they will take care of you every time. Thanks again Bill- see you again in 36 months.

Fabian Rocks!

Just bought our second car, a 2015 S500 from Fabian Tafur at RBM Alpharetta. Another great experience. Fabian understands his product inside and out and made the process very easy. Definitely ask for him if you are in the market for a new or certified pre-owned Mercedes. He rocks!

2007 Mercedes SLK350

Purchased my 3rd car from RBM...RBM of Alpharetta

When purchasing an automobile the people I deal with are as important as the vehicle itself. I found in Bill Favini and Lisa Brennan, take-charge attitudes with a good balance for both the customer and the Dealership. With their professionalism I would expect 2015 to be another record-breaking year. It was the extra effort to be sure that I was completely satisfied, that makes me feel so good about the experience. Great Experience

I just purchased a new C-300. It took me a several months just to decide what I wanted. Over that time I test drove several models with Ron Delvalle and Andy Sayers. There was no pressure and I never felt rushed during the whole process. Ron helped find the perfect car for me at a great price! Everyone including Lisa in Financing was very easy to work with. It was a great stress-free process!

Great experience!

We called Fabian to inquire about a preowned BMW on Monday afternoon. Based on the photos and information provided by Fabian we made the 3 hour drive on Tuesday to see the car in person. Everything was just as it was represented over the phone and on the Internet and a couple of hours later we were headed back home in our new convertible. Sharon also made the financing easy! Great experience! I'll definitely check with Fabian and RBM the next time I'm ready to buy. Very friendly, no pressure, & easy to deal with!

They are the best

I must say that RBM of Alpharetta has absolutely exceeded my expectations, each and every time!
