RBM of Alpharetta

I bought my first Mercedes with Reza Azizi at RBM Alpharetta in 2010. Since them my wife and I already bought 4 cars with him. This should be enough said to recommend him. Reza is very professional. Knows very well his product. And helps and works with you through the whole process. I just bought another car from him. I was very specific on color and optional I want in my new car. He did not have the car in stock. But he found my car in another Mercedes out of the state and in less than 3 days, the car was here and we closed the deal. If you are in the market for a new car, RBM Alpharetta is the place you want to go. Once you deal with Reza you will not want anyone else when thinking about car. We recommended him for friends. They bought from him and recommended him for their families and friends as well. I give Reza and RBM Alpharetta 6 stars in my book.

I came back to RBM after 10 years I was looking for the new 300c . I had a great buying experience my sales man Mr. Reza Azizi was a pleasure to work with. If you are planning to buy go to RBM and ask for Reza you will not regret it.

My sales team.....from leasing to finance was so helpful and really amazing. I wanted to do most of the transaction online and they couldn't have made better. They showed me around the dealership, went through the details of my car, and made sure I was happy and comfortable the whole time. They answered every question and let me know they would always be available........I LOVE my new smart car!!!!

Both Ron Delvalle & Andy Sayers were great to work with at RBM Alpharetta. I delt with both of them through my search due to vacation & medical issues and I never felt that they were competing for my business; instead they were both there to back each other up & provide me with the best possible service. I had an excellent experience throughout the entire search & buying process with them! I highly recommend either one.

From my first visit to driving out with my CPO 2012 E350 the experience with Fabian Tafur and RBM of Alpharetta has been excellent! I showed up at 6:45pm on my first visit to RBM just 15 minutes before closing time, but Fabian stayed late to let me test drive a white E350. When the drive was over, I knew I wanted one, but not this particular year and color scheme. He thanked me and gave me his card. Over the next 4 weeks we communicated via email and occasional phone call while he looked for my perfect car. Just under a month later, he sent me a link to EXACTLY the car I was looking for! I came in, drove it and knew it was my car! Yea!! The car had just a little more to go on the CPO process so we agreed I would come the next afternoon to complete the purchase. Later that day I found my work schedule had become very demanding and I would have very little time to complete the purchase. Fabian and Lisa Brennan, financial services director, streamlined everything I had to review and sign. Diane Evans, the product concierge, ran me through the basics of the car quickly with an agreement that I would come back for a full review. The RBM team got me in and out in about an hour! What a great team! I can’t say enough good about Fabian, Lisa, Diane and RBM of Alpharetta!

We feel lucky that you just happened to walk by last week when we were looking around the Mercedes' showroom (a first for us longtime Audi buyers). Can't believe you were able to find me the exact car that I wanted in such a short time and make the entire process fast and easy.
