Great Way to Start the Year
My wife and I purchased our first Mercedes mid January and had a wonderful experience. We had been shopping for over two weeks and encountered many different experiences through out North Atlanta. By far our experience at RBM of Alpharetta with Fabian Tafur was the best. The entire team involved in our purchase and after care has been amazing! Thanks RBM and thanks Fabian for making this a great way to start the year!

Reliability...Best...Magnificent is RBM
Customer Satisfaction. I really wanted for the good dealership for purchasing my first Mercedes car. I was looking for a dealer who can spend some time on looking up all the options and get me for a better price. RBM of Alpharetta dealers are highly qualified to deal with customers. I brought 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA250 and my dealer is Romano Razavi. She is very polite and listened all my options and found a car for better price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND RBM of Alpharetta. I have been to many other dealers before purchasing from RBM. we would not find that reliability any where else. I went to RBM to purchase 2014 car thinking i would get better discounts but 2015 itself they made a better deal. I hope to purchase my next car with RBM of Alpharetta. I Really thankful to Romano Razavi.

Awesome Experience
David Wang has sold us 3 cars in 7 months. He is awesome and we have never had such a good experience at a dealership,. The GM and the Lisa Brennan in Finance and Diane Evans who takes you thru all the fun features of the car.. they are all just wonderful Excellent dealership excellent sales service and a wonderful experience.... I'm So Fancy
Purchased my first Mercedes last week and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was welcomed by friendly, smiling faces and the smell of good coffee. Neil Turry made the test drive and educational experience better than I have ever experienced. He was able to point out features in the car that made me feel as if it was custom built just for me. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. The finance department was very organized and made the process smooth and efficient.

We were having our e-350 serviced and interested in obtaining information on an suv we had seen on the road. Dan Berry had been our service advisor a couple of years ago, so we contacted him to obtain some information on suv's. He spent considerable time with us in the showroom and during a driving demonstration which led us to the decision to purchase a ml-350. This is our second Mercedes and without a doubt Dan was highly instrumental in our decision. His knowledge of the vehicle and the convenience packages is unparalleled and all our questions were answered. We met the sales manager, and ladies that explained the various vehicle systems. All of them made us feel very at ease with our new vehicle. This buying experience was outstanding and I would recommend RBM and Dan Berry to anyone wanting to purchase a new Mercedes.

One Word: "EXCEPTIONAL" - Fabian is Fantastic to Work With
I bought my first Mercedes from this dealer back in 2008. Throughout the history of owning this vehicle they have always exceeded my expectations be it in the areas of sales or service. I was thinking of trading my 2008 E350 in for a SUV as I needed more cargo room with kids, trips, etc. I met with Fabian in Sales and the experience was top notch and no pressure whatsoever. We as consumers always cringe when it comes to purchasing a vehicle but with Fabian, as well as the others on the sales staff, they are professional, calm, open minded, creative (when it comes to the deal itself) and have the ability to put you at ease and make it a positive experience. I recommend this dealer and if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes you have to reach out to Fabian. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer he will get it from another internal resource. He's a professional guy with a "best friend" type of attitude and he won't steer you wrong. Pertaining to the transaction, I walked in at 5:40pm and left in my new 2015 ML450 at 6:20pm. Don't waste time, get in there today! Cheers! Eric B.

Today, my wife drove home in a beautiful GLK 350. The buying experience provided by Neil was second to none. Neil was extremely knowledgeable about all Mercedes Benz cars. Andy is our best friend
Andy is the first salesperson that me and my wife have done business twice in 3 years. We purchased 2010 C300 and recently 2015 C300 4MATIC. Andy is very knowledgeable and understands the pulse of the customer. He never puts pressure on us close the deal.
