We went to RBM with the expectation that it would be our first stop on a long list of other dealerships to see throughout the weekend. However, it turned out that we didn't have to go anywhere else. Chase Brown met us outside, providing excellent customer service during our visit and even after our purchase. I was not very familiar with the Mercedes models so wasn't 100% sure of what I was looking for, but Chase didn't take that as an opportunity to up sale us or use any high pressure sales tactics. He listened, was patient and helped us find the perfect car at our price point. Definitely the best car buying experience thus far!

Ron was NOT a pushy sales associate. Had he been pushy or aggressive we would have walked. Ron made the experience very easy. He was very informative, friendly and helpful. When we ask him questions, if he was not sure of the answer, he did not try to fake answers, he would find out the correct answer. Ron made the purchase fun and when we are ready for the next Mercedes, we will call him. He was great about following up by keeping us informed after we placed the order from the shipping and arriving in the states etc. That is important to clients. The RBM Alpharetta dealership was very nice and made the experience pleasant. Everyone there, from the concierge desk all the way to signing papers and the delivery of my car was made very enjoyable.
