First Class Service at RBM of Alpharetta

Last weekend we purchased our second 2014 GLK350 from RBM of Alpharetta. This was our third purchase with Bill Winslow. Bill is outstanding at what he does and we feel that he always takes care of us. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and he is honest. There was no pressure to purchase and that has always been our experience with Bill and at RBM of Alpharetta. Sharon Thompson helped us on the financial side and she is wonderful. We had both of our small children with us and she was very kind and patient. We could not be more happy with the first class service we always receive at RBM of Alpharetta and we know exactly who to call in the future when we are in need of a new Mercedes-Benz. I would recommend everyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz to give Bill a call and visit RBM of Alpharetta.

outstanding experience

After searching and researching cars we located a potential winner at RBM of Alpharetta. We did a test drive with Andrew Solomon who was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to talk numbers or make a decision and his follow-up was excellent-with complete information packet emailed the same day so we could thoroughly understand the car's history and specifications. Unfortunately we waited too many days and the car was sold. Luckily another CPO car with similar specs was available and we returned quickly to test drive. Reza Azizi assisted us this time and was a complete professional. He made the process of purchasing the car such an enjoyable experience! Although the car had been detailed previously, he scheduled it to be done again and we arranged to pick up the car the following day. The car looked brand new and Dianne was so helpful in showing us the features-much easier than going page by page through the manual! We were treated so well by everyone at this dealership and there is no doubt that we would buy there again.

Service on a SLK-350 + Purchase a 2013 C-250

I have been so happy with the service provided by Don on my SLK-350 that my wife and I purchased a 2013 C-250 today from Fabian. RBM is a professional business and everyone I came in contact with has lived up to that goal. Don Ratajski - very knowledgable about the product and completely service oriented. Fabian Tafur- also knowledgable and detailed in every respect. Never pressured us and was quite professional in his presentation. Lisa Brennen - Completely prepared for us. Brain Miller - I have purchased everything from engine parts to golf shirts from Brain, again a professional part of your team. Diane ? - Gave us an informative tour of our new C-250 and knew everything we asked about the vehicle. I am a satisfied customer!

There is literally no comparison. If you are looking for a Mercedes this is the place to go! My mind was blown. ANDY SAYERS at RBM of Alpharetta was exceptional to say the least! From start to finsh, this was hands down the best car buying experience of my life. There was nothing pushy at all about the process. It was just flawless customer service. They truly care about you and they follow through on their word. Even if I had a Mercedes dealership closer I would drive right past it and head up to Alpharetta. I promise you won't regret it. Ask for Andy Sayers.

Great Experience!

This was our third purchase at RBM Alpharetta and like the others it was a great experience. Our sales Specialist David Wang has all the attributes you would want in a sales specialist. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and above all has our interests in mind. David is as responsive to our needs after the sale as he was prior to our committing to purchase. You will not find a more low pressure dealership in Atlanta. Truly a stress free experience! I would not hesitate to suggest RBM Alpharetta to my friends and family.

Very professional, Customer satisfaction

Ramona Ravazi took great care of us. She worked with us to make sure we got the deal that worked for both parties. This was one of our best experiences at a dealership and will be back next time, even though it was an hours drive.
