Excellent Shopping and Service Experience
Let me tell you a story of two crazy people (my wife and myself) hunting for a vehicle of our dreams. It?s our 3rd Mercedes Benz that we bought from RBM. Once upon a time, we decided to replace our 2008 BMW 535i with something bigger as we kept running out of space on our vacation trips. After a lot of research we decided on 2011 Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec. If you've ever tried to buy a recent GL350 in Atlanta, you know that it is almost impossible. Especially a CPO one, below 50K miles, with a specific combination of colors (exterior/interior), and with some of the options that we just had to have. We called RBM and were pleasantly surprise to find out that our service advisor Dan Berry was now in sales. Long story short, in about 3 weeks Dan and the RBM team found and bought for us a CPO 2012 GL350 in pristine condition, with only 34K miles. They transferred our dream vehicle across the country. Guess also what? The colors were exactly what we wanted (Arctic While/Cashmere), and all but one option were there (we wanted and got KEYLESS-GO, Navigation with iPod Interface, Rear view camera, Parktronic, but no Xenon Headlights) Well, one cannot get everything. The day we came to pick up our vehicle, RBM was ready with a lot of paperwork prepared ahead of time. The whole process went very fast and was well organized. They even walked us through the vehicle so we would be comfortable to drive it home (with a full tank of diesel fuel). A few days later we discovered that included user manual was from M-Class, and Dan promptly helped us to replace it with the correct one (GL-Class). Honestly, at the beginning I did not think RBM would be able to do what we wanted. I have always been happy with RBM but kind of thought it would be unreasonable to expect a dealer to go an extra mile just to get a vehicle for us (from across the country). Well, not only did they find the vehicle that was better than our target, they also delivered such special shopping experience that leaves absolutely no place in my mind to go anywhere else for my next vehicle. And I am not even mentioning great service experience we have had with RBM for the last 7 or so years. At the end of the day, I would like to thank Dan Berry and RBM of Alpharetta for doing such outstanding job and being consistent in providing great customer experience for such a long time. Great job guys! I will keep bringing my business to you because dealers like that are few and far between.

In all of my years of purchasing our family car, my wife and I have never had a more enjoyable experience than ours at RBM of Alpharetta! The Pride and Professionalism displayed by Dan Berry and Lisa Brennan was over the top when it comes to putting the customer first. Their showroom greeted you when you first come in and provided support until the appropriate resources were available. Upon delivery of our vehicle, they take the time by having a professional assigned to review the features and functionality of the vechicle. I would highly recommend the entire sales / service team at RBM of Alpharetta, especially Dan Berry! Again, thank you RBM of Alphartetta!

Great Service by Sales Team
Carol was great and really went out of her way to make our experience great and as seamless as possible. Met us 1.5 hrs away from dealership to show us car and did most of time-consuming leg work for purchase through email to insure that our time at dealership was minimal. In/Out of dealership w/in 1 hr.

Car buying made a pleasure
For over five years, I needed to buy and desired to buy a car. However, I dreaded the process and stayed as far away as I could from car dealers. When my beloved Honda became just too unreliable after almost 200K miles, I remembered a pleasant trip, almost five years ago to the Mercedes Benz dealer on McFarland Road. My Honda's paint was fading, the timing belt needed changing, the tires were worn and the last straw was a broken trunk lock that required restaurant workers to tie down it down with plastic wrap. Now was the time. After a slow somewhat embarrasing drive home to get the title and an even slower drive up the road to the Alpharetta Mercedes Benz Dealer, I walked into the showroom and declared that I was there to buy a car then and now. I met Bill Winslow and my total disdain for buying cars simply melted in a matter of minutes. We were quickly off to the lot to find the right car for me. It was done in less than an hour and I was on my way with my barely used, 2013 red C-classc-250 within three hours. Thanks for taking good care of a senior citizen who just hates buying a car....it was such a pleasant experience. Thanks Bill

Excellent Experience
I can't recommend RBM Alpharetta or Andy Sayers enough. I was purchasing a pre-owned GLK350 and after driving vehicles at RBM and then other dealerships I decided that I would definitely be purchasing from RBM. The experience that Andy gave me; patience, knowledge humor and the no-pressure attitude he has instilled complete confidence in my decision. When you purchase a Mercedes Benz you expect a luxury experience and I just didn't feel like I got that anywhere but RBM. I can say with complete confidence that I will purchase future vehicles from Andy and RBM

Incredible Fabian!
My wife and I went to RBM to have a casual look at cars and then incredible Fabian happened! He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He convinced us buy a C-250 which was an incredible buy and would definitely recommend my friends to Fabian for a great experience at car buying.

David Wang Rocks!!!
A lovely experience! No Stress No pressure. We had no intention of buying that day, but David Wang is so awesome we had too! My Husband and I were just going to stop in and have a look with no intention of buying Saturday. We had that licked until we met David Wang. He helped us in such a wonderful way that we ended up driving home a Mercedes E350. David made our experience so good. He is the reason we bought that Car Saturday. Lisa in Finance was awesome and genuine, Diana that went over the car for delivery was so professional.... we talked on the way home about the fact that we have never had such a wonderful experience when buying a car. Best car buying experience...
This was by far the best car buying experience l have ever had, from the first conversation with Fabian to leaving the dealership with my new vehicle. When l arrived to test drive the vehicle, Fabian had the car upfront and greeted me at the door. His knowledge and professionalism was impeccable! With in the dealership, the atmosphere was extremely accommodating, from Mary's greeting at the desk to casual conversation with other associates. Fabian also went the extra mile, and called me the evening l left the dealership to inform me that my deal was approved! Further, he picked me up from a Carmax location as l sold my vehicle prior to buying the Mercedes. He also gave me a tutorial of the operation of the car to ensure l was well informed prior to driving off. The finance process with Lisa was extremely informative and easy, no upsale, no additional hassle! I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes Benz C250. From the first contact with RBM Alpharetta to leaving with my vehicle, l knew this was the right choice! Thank you Fabian, Lisa and everyone at RBM!
