I NEVER DREAMED OF THIS

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz before. What a mistake! I've been dreaming of the CLA for about a year now. Long story short, I ended up on-line and narrowed my search to a NEW CLA or a pre-owned C250 @ my nearest dealership RBM of Alphretta. My real goal was to drive a Mercedes, an Audi, and a BMW. I never made it off the Mercedes lot! My salesman was FABIEN TAFUR and there was no pressure. What's funny is that he could have sold me a new CLA, but steered me into a CPO 2013 C250 that I am totally in LOVE with. I am 63 and have owned many cars, being a car nut, but have never been so fascinated with what this German made machine actually is..When we closed the deal, SHARON THOMPSON handled the financial end and was such a PLEASURE to deal with. I could not have asked for ANYTHING more pleasurable! After I purchased the car PAM, a wonderful young lady, walked me through the entire vehicle's operating systems. My next Mercedes, if I ever give this one up, will definitely come from RBM of Alpharetta. THANK YOU!!

My car buying experiment

In March of 2014 I just so happen to stop at RBM Benz dealership in Alpharetta GA to take a look at S-class Mercedes, when a guy by the name of Reza came out to greet my friend and I.Thats when the great customer service started. I never thought I would be a owner of a Mercedes at my age but Reza made it happen. It wasn't stressful. It was more pleasant buying experience then when I brought car before. I would recommend RBM Mercedes dealership to anyone would is looking to buy a luxury vehicle. PS. When you get there don't forget to ask for Reza!!!

Best Dealership ever

My sales person Reza Azizi was very helpful and knowledgeable about Ordering my 2015 C300 he was on point I'm very happy I bought my new baby from RBM of Alpharetta. If you are in the market for a new car Go See RBM and ask for Reza. I was the First person in GA with a C300 Sport AMG. Enough Said.

Andy is the MAN!

I've was in search for a new car. I had issues with people trying to sale me what I did not ask for. I was lucky enough to meet Andy at RBM in Alpharetta. He was a pleasure to work for and a great salesman. Gave what I wanted with out the extra sales talk!

New Car Purchase

Our salesperson was Ron Devalle. He listened to our car preferences, showed us what was available, and allowed us to drive the ones we were considering. He did not pressure us to buy something else but worked with us to meet our wishes. He introduced us to key persons within the dealership, showed us the service area, and made every effort to accommodate us effectively. It worked! We are happily driving our new Mercedes.

Great Service

Exceeded my Expectations- Makes me a Return Customer

It was a pleasure to work with Ron Delvalle during my purchase. He was genuine, patient, and open. Because of my experience with Ron, I plan on returning to him to purchase my next vehicle. Ron's personable and trustworthy characteristics were focal in making me a return customer. He made me feel like I was the most important customer there- and you can't assign a dollar value to that relationship when you're making an important purchasing decision. I want to add that Andrew Solomon was also very friendly and helpful. Andrew and Ron coined the term of excellent service by working as a team. This experience exceeded my expectations.

A New GLK for my Wife

We now live in South Carolina, but felt drawn back to RBM of Alpharetta because of our service experience there with our ML350 & my son's C230. Teresa Cox , as our service advisor, was exemplary and was a key factor in bringing us back to the dealership. Teresa put us in touch with Bill Winslow in Sales who, I happily add, continued the same performance we have grown to expect from RBM North. Bill & I corresponded constantly over the phone, trying to find the perfect vehicle for my wife. At first, she wasn't sure if she wanted a C class or the E class, but after speaking to a friend here in the Charleston area, she decided she wanted to drive a GLK350. Bill helped me find what we thought would be a good choice for her: a black preowned 2014 GLK350. But after seeing a brand new Pebble Grey Metallic GLK right at the front doors of the dealership, she knew she had found her perfect vehicle! Bill very graciously redid all the paperwork & worked quickly with the prep & finance people & we soon had her new GLK! all on a Saturday afternoon! So not only did Bill get her the perfect vehicle, but he orchestrated the whole thing flawlessly & truly delivered a "Mercedes-worthy" sales experience for my wife & me! Sharon Thompson of Finance rounded out our excellent experience by getting us through the "paperwork phase" quickly & professionally with a very personal touch! Many thanks Bill! We will continue to recommend RBM of Alpharetta to our friends back in the Atlanta area - plus to new friends here in the Charleston, SC area!

Excellent experience

Ron Devalle was incredible while we were trying to decide on purchasing a car. He was patient and would call to inquire but was never pushy! When we did find the right car we found him to be honest and upfront during our negotiations. Carol in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Next time we are in the market for a new car this will be out first stop!
