Great Buying Experience - Twice
We bought a ML350 Bluetec a couple of months ago and had a great experience with Bill Winslow. Bill was great to work with and matched our needs perfectly to the ML. We liked working with Bill so much we went back a few weeks later and worked with Bill to lease our GLK 250 Bluetec. Throughout the entire process Bill was great to work with and was easy to communicate with and streamline the process. This has been the best dealership experience we've ever had.

2013 GLK 250 Bluetec
Just purchased my first Mercedes Benz and my first diesel powered suv. The entire experience was excellent. From my first sighting on RBM's website. My salesman, David Wang was great in explaining the vehicle during a test drive. Then upon closing the deal he was diligent in finishing the last details such as putting the tag on the truck and filling the gas tank while I signed papers with the finance department. Everyone from the greeting receptionist to the finance department, to the service personnel, were all very friendly and cordial. If you are in the market for new or used Benz, this is the place to give your business to. Online shopping is not only a time saving feature in that you can view all the details about many vehicles at your convenience. It is more fun than driving around to all the dealers to look at vehicles and or test driving. Once you narrow your choice then visit the dealer. I strongly recommend RBM of Alpharetta.

The best buying experience I've ever had!
I just bought my 3rd Mercedes e350, but this is my first purchase from RBM (I'm from out- of- state). Every part of the process, from negotiating the terms of the trade with Bill Winslow to discussing warrantee options with Sharon Thompson to learning how to use the technology from Pam ciccateri, the whole process was pleasant and low key. Such a refreshing, stress free buying experience! Ron Delvalle and the RBM team are really great to work with. I found everyone at RBM of Alpharetta to be approachable with none of the "attitude" experienced with my last Mercedes purchase at another dealership The atmosphere is positive from the moment you walk in and Mary greets you. Sincerely got the impression from Ron and everyone I met that they valued our business and wanted to earn it. Prior to visiting I did a lot of research online and found the pricing to be very appealing. I learned their business and pricing model is a bit different than many traditional dealerships, perhaps more respectful of their customer. Ron was patient and very knowledgable. He answered my many questions regarding all of the new technology incorporated with the driving experience. Great job under challenging circumstances
My sales associate, Reza Azizi, did a great job in handling an out of state, two car trade in from out of state and factory order situation with ease. Communications on this type of deal are critical and Reza was especially prompt and thorough in all communications. There were no surprises and I am thrilled with the car! Beautiful facility! Would highly recommend doing business with Reza and RBM Mercedes Alpharetta even if you are not living in the immediate area.

Friendly, Professional Service
I recently was in Atlanta and I happened to search local used car listings. I found the vehicle for which I had been searching at RBM of Alpharetta. Bill Favini, one of their salesmen, showed me the vehicle, answered all my questions and we closed the deal on the spot. He was very professional as well as friendly. I was treated as a VIP with all the staff at the dealership. I would highly recommend RBM. The personal service they offer is rare to find in this day and age.

Great Experience!
I just finished buying a new CLA for my wife. It was an Anniversary gift for her. We met Fabian at the dealership on a Saturday morning and were deciding if we should buy another Mercedes since we had owned about 6 of them or purchase a new Tesla. The experience working with Fabian was the deciding factor. He made it easy and was very helpful. He even helped plan the surprise that Monday. Above and beyond what you would expect. The car is great, but the service you get from someone like Fabian makes the relationship the reason you buy. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that our relationship with Teresa Cox in Service is the best I’ve ever had when it comes to services our various Mercedes.

Another Great Experience
I would like to thank Reza for another great buying experience at RBM!!
