E63 buying experience

As usual, Mr. Winslow exceeded my expectations in my quest of purchasing a new vehicle. This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from Mr. Winslow in the past 2 years and each time he went out of his way to make sure I was 100% completely happy and satisfied with the overall new car buying process.

Purchase of Mercedes

Purchased Certified used Mercedes and overall great experience. Staff was very helpful, and David my salesman very knowledgeable. I went to two other dealers before stopping at RBM North and glad I did.

An Excellent Car Sales Experience

I went to this car dealership feeling tense and nervous because all my past experiences with other dealerships had been uncomfortable. I met Fabian Tafur, salesman and liked him immediately. He spent a lot of time with me showing me a number of cars. There was absolutely no pressure from him to purchase a car. He was more interested in making sure I found the exact car I wanted than just selling a car. Once I decided on a car the negotiations were relaxed because, again there was no pressure. I received a good price for my trade-in and a good price for my new car. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience I ever had because of Fabian Tafur's salesmanship.

First time buying a Mercedes

Fabian was awesome! He made buying a car a fun process. He was always there to greet us with a smile. He was very helpful and answered all our questions, but yet he was not too pushy. He and the dealership made me feel welcome and that there would be great customer service even after the sale. I would recommend RBM to anyone looking for a new car. Thank You Fabian for helping get me the car I was looking for.

Excellent Experience

Great sales experience. Third Mercedes Benz and I love the new E350 Sport. Price is reasonable. I will definitely use this dealership again. Follow up service was exceptional.

Purchase of two cars

Fabian was excellent to work with. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all the models. He made sure we received proper service to learn about all the features of our cars and that our closings were quick and painless. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Fabian. Also, the dealership and their people were great.

Great Experience

I had been searching for some time specifically for a Chevrolet Traverse and found one on cars.com at RBM of Alpharetta. Even though I wasn't looking to purchasing a Mercedes Bill Favini was so courteous and helpful. He made my car buying experience so comfortable and easy!

Andy Sayers

Andy Sayers was great. This is the second car we have purchased from RBM North. We have "chosen" to return because Andy made the process easy. He is well informed and professional and we never felt pressured. We left with follow up information for our service and phone numbers any other questions we might have. Very disappointed

A service rep named Carl kept trying to up sell me on repair of my car at 1700 dollars. When I got computer print out. The diagnosis was that only a fuse needed to be replaced. I will never go back to this place again. The 1700 replacement part was never on the computer diagnosis at all. Just that a faulty fuse was the problem. He never offered to fix that.

We reached out to the customer upon receiving the review. In speaking with the customer he did not feel comfortable with our initial diagnosis. We offered to perform further testing at no additional charge but the declined the offer. A full refund was provided on the initial diagnosis.
