Great experience!

RBM North simply exceeded all my expectations. Normally, I do not like dealing with cars sales people, but the service provided by RBM North Atlanta changed my mind. Andrew Salomon sales rep, and Lisa Brennan in finance where so helpful and friendly to me and my family. We had no rush or pressure of any kind. They both help us in the best options for us to walk out with a new car according to our budget. Sincerely, I highly recommend RBM North Atlanta when considering to buy or lease a new car.

Great car buying experience!

We've had our current Mercedes vehicles serviced at RBM of Alpharetta for the past two years since moving to the area from Dallas. Service has always been excellent. We recently had the pleasure of purchasing another Mercedes directly from RBM of Alpharetta and we have to admit the reviews posted here are bang on. Great experience! Friendly conscientious people who wanted to ensure we got the right vehicle at the right price. Our sales consultant, Ron Delvalle did a fantastic job taking care of us throughout the entire process from arrival to final pickup. Also had the opportunity to meet Peter Leavy, General Sale Manager. Nice to see they're expanding RBM operations and Peter is building a great team there.

Excellent experience!

Had a great experience at RBM-Atlanta North in Alpharetta. Fabian was extremely helpful and personable. My husband and I were happy to be greeted by a car salesman that wasn't pushy. We not only loved and bought the ML350 but we really felt welcomed into the Mercedes family. Great dealership... great salesman. Thanks Fabian.

More Than Expected

We recently bought a 2014 Mercedes from sales consultant, Dan Berry at RBM North, Alpharetta, Ga. Dan was absolutely the best of the best to work with as was RBM North. Not only did Dan find the perfect "fit" for our car needs, he was extremely knowledgeable and most pleasant to do business with. We had shopped for several months in Florida and Georgia and found the best deal by far with Dan and RBM. We have had many years of car buying experience but this is the first time we have experienced such professionalism and courtesy...and...at a darn god price!! You can't go wrong.

Fantastic Buying Experience

The dealer staff was personable. I didn’t feel like the primary purpose was to sell me a car, but to establish a relationship. I highly recommend buying a car from here. I worked with Dan Berry - a pleasant person to work with. We went in with intention of looking at the MLs and Dan took the time to let us test drive and went over the features. We had planned to check out the car we wanted at another location but we are glad we stopped at RBM of Alpharetta first - from Sales to Finance to Delivery - the experience was fantastic. Absolutely no pressure to buy (even on warranties), every question I asked was answered. Top notch all the way - I look forward to same experience with their service department. Thank you for keeping the customer in mind.

Great experience

We needed a replacement vehicle unexpectedly and had to purchase it in a short timeframe. Charles Nichols and the RBM North team made the entire experience relaxed and pleasurable. We had super experience with RBM North's service department for an older MB. This was our first opportunity to deal with the sales group of RBM North and the great experience extends to "both sides of the house"! I highly recommend RBM North.

Exceptional Buying Experience

Charles Nichols is a class act. He made the deal hard to refuse and provided sincere advice and guidance. I purchased a GLK 350 as a second car and I think I made a good move. It looks great next to my convertible SLK and I am sure it will be just as reliable. Love the car, love the salesperson, love the RBM showroom and staff. Thank you!

Experience

Visited RBM North and my wife and I had a great experience working with Fabian. He could not have been more helpful and just was excellent to work with and never pushy. Walked away with a great ML350 and a great deal. Will certainly go back to purchase another car in the future.

Wonderful Experience at RMB North-Atlanta

RBM of Atlanta-North is amazing! David Wang in particular went above and beyond to get me an amazing deal on a brand new 2014 C250! He was patient, honest and caring! I could tell he was't trying to "sell me" or give me the car sales man stick! He was genuinely interested in getting me the best deal, rate and payment. Once I filled out my paper work I was directed to Lisa Brennan to discuss the financial stuff and she made it easy brezzey! She was very kind and explained everything clearly and was a joy to encounter. Almost out the door, I was directed to Dianna Evans so that she could go over the functions and gadgets inside of the car. She sat with me for a good 30 mins or so and showed me everything! It was such a pleasurable experience! I sincerely appreciate David, Lisa and Dianna and the entire RBM team for all of there help and kindness!
