Fabian was very helpful thru the process of purchasing our new Mercedes GLK. He had the patience to enable us to test ride multiple cars without feeling any pressure on making a decision until we felt comfortable. With this said we did in fact make our decision and purchased the vehicle the very first visit to your dealership. Great team, Great job. Thanks

First class all the way

I had planned to spend a long arduous day going from one dealer to the next looking for a new car. Glad I stopped at RBM North first, because of the experience I had I did not bother to go to the other dealers. I got to work with, Andrew Solomon and Reza Azizi, these two are partners in every sense of the word. I explained I hate buying cars, because of the whole back and forth and no matter how well you do you still feel like you got taken. Not here, I asked what are all the other fees associated with the car, I was told and I got of piece of paper to boot. Absolutely no pressure to buy, every question I asked was answered. I was even offered to take the car for a few hours as part of the test drive. I have since purchased the car, love it and just the other day I got a phone call from Andrew just to check in and see how things were going and if I had questions. Top notch all the way.

We went to just look at used and new cars not expecting...

We went to just look at used and new cars not expecting to buy for now. We always walks around the showroom and evaluates the various sales people before we select one to work with. We decided on Ron Delvalle because he looked like someone that would fit our personality. We test drove the Ml diesel and while I loved it my husband liked the GL 350 and that is the one we purchased and I am so glad we did. This is my personal car and after the first day of driving I fell in love. Thank you Ron for being so patient with us. You made buying a car a good experience. I also want to thank Sharon for getting us a good interest rate, she was a delight. The sales manager was extremely delightful. Thanks again, Cheryl & Michael Hackett

I own a Mercedes already and wanted to purchase another one. My wife found one online and emailed RBM North to inquire about the vehicle. Ramona promptly responded and we decided to come in and drive a few models. We worked with Ramona and Fabian during this process and could not be happier with their knowledge, customer service and over all great attitudes. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from RBM and their team and would refer a friend about our great experience.

RBM North and Fabian Tafur treated me like royalty from my first experience with them. This is a first class dealership, and Fabian was very attentive to all my needs. He stayed in close contact with me while I was waiting a couple of months for my special order vehicle to arrive. I feel I received a very competitive price, and when you add their excellent customer service it is truly a winning combination!

I would like to take this opportunity and recommend RBM Car Dealership specially Mr. Reza Azizi in the Dealership. After leaving the dealership on Saturday (2/8/14) both me and my girlfriend were supper impressed on how respectful and professional we were treated by you and your colleagues at RMB Dealership and that had a big impact on our decision for leasing a new CLA250. In addition, providing technical details along with explaining any question regarding leasing contract made us confidence on our leased car. Since that day, Both me and my girlfriend are talking to our friends about RMB dealership customer service and how great would be purchesing or leasing car from this dealership.

2 words to buying a Mercedes at RBM North, Andrew Solomon Andrew was very instrumental in my lease of an E350 Sedan. Andrew is knowledgable, courteous, friendly and patient.All qualities that made my Mercedes experience a perfect 10 His knowledge of the products guided me in into the right car for me. Andrew cares about his customers and that also comes through when working with him I would refer anyone I know interested in a Mercedes to Andrew This will not be the last time I will work with Andrew in a rewarding Mercedes experience
