Our experience with Bill was great. From his first contact, in response to our inquiry about an "online special," to the closing--Bill demonstrated knowledge, skill and a willingness to work with us to be sure we were happy with our new pre-owned car. Bill took the time to give a thoughtful demo of the features important to us as well as "hidden" needs we might not have considered. In addition, Bill and the whole team gave great service with all the paperwork and closing--even coming to my office the following day, when we left our garage door opener in the old car. I can't say enough great things about Bill. He turned an experience most people dread into something that was easy, and efficient.
