Fantastic Experience

Our buying experience at RBM of Atlanta North was fantastic. We highly recommend Bill Favini for his knowledge, follow-up and the overall customer experience. Other car buying experiences pale in comparison.

Our experience with Bill was great. From his first contact, in response to our inquiry about an "online special," to the closing--Bill demonstrated knowledge, skill and a willingness to work with us to be sure we were happy with our new pre-owned car. Bill took the time to give a thoughtful demo of the features important to us as well as "hidden" needs we might not have considered. In addition, Bill and the whole team gave great service with all the paperwork and closing--even coming to my office the following day, when we left our garage door opener in the old car. I can't say enough great things about Bill. He turned an experience most people dread into something that was easy, and efficient. I would recommend Bill and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car.

We love our "new" car. Bill was awesome to work...

We love our "new" car. Bill was awesome to work with. He respected our decisions during our buying experience. We thought that the trade value on our car was very fair. The dealership is very nice and they make you feel so comfortable. I was taken over to meet someone in the service department and I visited the parts department as well. This place is top notch and so are the employees. Many thanks to Bill who has great follow up. We were there on a very busy Saturday and still received his upmost attention during our entire process which by the way was not long at all. I would highly recommend RBM North to everyone I know.

Excellent Buying Experience - repeated business

I just purchased my third car from RMB North - Reza Azizi. If you are looking for excellent customer service, if you wish to be treated with respect, and if you want your sales person to be your trusted adviser for car purchase then go to RMB North and ask for Reza Azizi. I will go back to this dealership and will look for Reza to buy my next Benz - and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I recently purchased a 2013 C250 with the help of Fabian. He explained what he had in inventory and helped me narrow down my options. He was extremely friendly and made my purchase something I enjoyed! I was joined by my parents, who he was just as friendly to! If you're looking for a Mercedes-Benz he's your guy!

Everyone at RBM ATL North was extremely engaging and helpful in our car decision. Fabian was our sales rep and he did an excellent job in helping us understand the Mercedes Benz experience and the specifics of or new GLK 350. I would highly recommend RBM ATL North and Fabian to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Mercedes. We own a BMW and this is our first MB and we absolutely love it!
