I had a very enjoyable experience here. My sales person, Ramona, did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure tactics here, just solid information and great patience. Very down to earth staff did a great job throughout the process explaining all of the features of the car and walking me through the trade-in and purchase process. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. This was the fourth dealership I had visited in the same day and the experience here was far better than the other three. Seems to me most dealerships must be behind on their quota but these folks treated me like a neighbor. Very refreshing, indeed. If you are in the market for a new or used MB, do yourself a favor and go here!

I recently purchased a Certified Used vehicle (11/25/13). The entire experience from the moment my husband and I walked through the door and was greeted by the receptionist, Mary Brown to the moment that Ron handed me the keys to my luxury vehicle. He completely erased the apprehensioon and fear of making such a large investment. The Finance Manager, Sharon was just super! The entire team, the facility and experience will have us returning when my husband gets ready to make the step of purchasing his vehicle. Ask for Ron, you cannot go wrong as he is just the most wonderful salesperson, and extremely personable and knowledgeable of the product. He made the drive from Lithonia to Alpharetta worth every minute in rush hour traffic.

I have never felt so comfortable around anyone before whom which i had bought cars from in the past but Reza really went beyond the call of duty. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and especially Sharon Thompson which I had spoke with in regards to extended warranty coverage for my car. I was surprised by the price of a used C250 sports Sedan, 9k miles, 4 doors, navigation, nice German stereo speaker, black color and amazing smooth of engine since September, 2013, which cost me around 37k that included full tire insurance and Tax. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Benz certified car, meet with Fabian will find an appropriated one for you. Benz is different and much better than other cars, I had many second-hand cars and I am glad I made an outstanding choice by choosing Benz and thanks to Fabian's professional service !!
