Craig Whitley & the store manager were both very nice...

Craig Whitley & the store manager were both very nice . the service was fast & friendly there was a problem when i got home with the lexus but Craig & his manager were very understanding & they helped me to solve the problem. Thank You! Both very much. I will buy my next car there and hopefully deal with the same great people.

Bill was a pleasure to work with; he was very straight...

Bill was a pleasure to work with; he was very straight forward and answered all of our questions quickly and truthfully. I had a car inspector look at this used car before we purchased it, and he even compliment Bill. I purchased a used car from RBM, for a "fraction" of what they typically sell cars for, but they made us feel like this was as important a sale as they had that day. I highly recommend him and RBM as a dealership that is selling quality and makes their customers feel very comfortable during a process that is usually loads with uncertainty.

We worked with Fabian Tafur on the purchase of our new CLS and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in our review. We looked at other dealerships but found that RBM North's team, facility and helpfulness was a real differentiating factor in our final decision. We would highly recommend the dealership and especially Fabian to anyone looking for a Mercedes. Our experience was very easy and enjoyable.

It was a pleasure to do business with RBM North. People...

It was a pleasure to do business with RBM North. People working there represent the dealership and one we interacted with was Paul Miller. Paul, is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, patient and easy to work with. We walked in to the dealership to just test drive the E-Class and learn about how it differentiates with its competitors. A week later we drove out with our own E-Class, all due to Paul. He showed extreme respect, answered all our questions (again and again), is very responsive and worked with us on pricing and options etc. with diligence. To the management of RBM Atlanta : hold on this young man as he clearly is an asset to you sales force and I have no doubt he will go a long way. Raj

Mercedes Shopping 123

1) Go into the Store 2) Meet Reza and talk about all of the different models 3) Drive out with new SUV Great guy that Reza. If you want to talk about Mercedes, test drive a Mercedes or buy a Mercedes Reza and RBM of Atlanta North is the place to visit.

Fabian Tafur is the MAN if you are looking for a new or...

Fabian Tafur is the MAN if you are looking for a new or used Mercedes-Benz. This is my second purchase with Fabian. As usual his knowledge of vehicle product features and MB services including mbrace were exceptional. I consider Fabian a fair, non-pressuring, cool persona; a sales gentleman who is something to be appreciated. Fabian has gone above and beyond for me on a few occasions for service, loaner vehicles, wheel repair, general questions. Fabian has always been very accommodating for any need that might arise. Sharon from Finance was also very thorough to explain any questions I had and provides sound recommendations for product upgrades. I highly recommend the wheel and tire package. It costs something like $1200 (I think) but one of the rims on your Mercedes will cost you $1000 or more and if you have those AMG wheels get ready to open your pocketbook. Fabian and Sharon can assist you with any Mercedes-Benz products or services. The entire staff at RBM North has always been exemplary but that is why they are the leader in Georgia for new Mercedes sales.

The dealer I had the pleasure of working with was Paul...

The dealer I had the pleasure of working with was Paul Miller, his Customer Service skillls were outstanding. From start to finish he was extremely courteous and proffessional to all my questions and concerns. He was also very friendly and personable throughout the financing process. But what really impressed me about Paul was his work ethic, in particular the time he put into my test drive to show me all those amazing features. To be honest after that test drive with Paul he had sold before we even reentered the dealership parking lot Thank you Paul for a great first experience Tunde

I recently purchased a 2012 Ml 350 4 Matic from RMB North...

I recently purchased a 2012 Ml 350 4 Matic from RMB North with Greg Lapina as my sales associate. Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and also showed me other options that could fit my needs. I went on a test drive with him, where he let me get a good feel for the car on the interstate as well as local roads without being all in my face about it. It was a very comfortable experience where I did not feel any overwhelming pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing the Ml 350 within a few days. I have had the car for 2 months now and everything is going well with it and Greg has still be following up with me to make sure everything is perfect. I feel that myself and the car are well looked after by the family at RBM North and would suggest at least going there and talking to a few people if you are considering buying a new car.

My First Mercedes

I just purchased a GLK 350 from RBM North and had an extremely positive purchasing experience, Paul Miller, my very knowledgeable and personable sales associate, impressed me with his use of and familiarity with technology and his attention to answering every question I had regarding safety features, navigation, maintenance, and media systems. After the initial dealership visit, I compared the product and dealership to others I subsequently explored and soon realized that Paul, RBM North, and The Mercedes brand had set the high standards of professionalism all others would have to rise to meet. A short while later, I contacted Paul with the specific description of the features I wanted; he found an exact match and made the purchasing process easy and well worth the 2 1/2 hour one-way trip from home to pick up my brand new car! He has continued to check-in to make sure everything was operating as expected and to answer any new questions about operating the vehicle. I whole-heartedly recommend Paul Miller and RBM North!

I first met Reza about a year ago when I was looking at a...

I first met Reza about a year ago when I was looking at a new vehicle. I ended up not purchasing a Mercedes at that time primarily due to the body style being offered. Reza was courteous even after I let him know I'd selected another vehicle. As a salesperson myself I appreciated his attitude even in "defeat." Unfortunately my car was in an accident and was totaled this spring so I found myself unexpectedly in car buying mode again. I called on Reza and he remembered me but he was busy at the time I came to the dealership. Rather than making me wait he set me up with Andy Sayers who assisted me immediately. Both Reza and Andy showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in the car industry and both were extremely knowledgeable. Usually I was there with both my young boys in tow and they did everything they could to accomodate us. The purchase process was painless and straightforward - again a departure from the "norm" with car dealerships. Reza and Andy have a customer for life. I love my "new" E350 and recommend that you ask for either Reza or Andy when you visit.
