Purchasing a new vehicle at RBM North is like no other. ...

Purchasing a new vehicle at RBM North is like no other. The entire staff is welcoming and warm, they even remembered my name as I walked in the door to take a peek around at a few vehicles weeks after my initial visit! David Wang went above and beyond and spent more time than he ever needed to helping us to make the right decision for our family. When the time finally came to purchase the entire dealership was excited for us. It’s a genuine and warm atmosphere at RBM North each time we walk in the door, we feel like we’re a part of a family. I arrived on a very busy Saturday to sign the paperwork and brought my 5yo son, they gave him cars to play with and food to snack on. No one wants a child running around the dealership, not only did they not seem to mind they openly welcomed him to tell stories and sit in their offices. That Saturday was a very fun experience for us and David took hours helping me understand everything I was signing. He also personally walked through each feature of my new car and helped me set all of my preferences. We could not be happier with our experience at RBM North and David Wang is simply the best! Once you purchase a vehicle from this store you will not go anywhere else!!

Awesome Experience!!!!!

I recently bought a 2012 Buick Regal, super super clean car. Customer service is great, RBM treats there customer live family. It was storming when I lifted RBM, and when I arrived at home I got a call from Dan Berry making sure I had a safe trip. 5* Go see Dan Berry in Sales & Leasing Consultant

Fabian was great to work with. He made the entire purchase process very easy and smooth. We love our Smart car and will be sending Fabian lots of referrals. These really are incredible cars for the money and you don't feel like you are in a small car when driving/riding in one. The fuel savings will almost pay for the car! If you are concerned about safety, don't be. These cars have an amazing safety cage, lots of airbags, and many other features that make them extremely safe.

Over the past 50 years or so I have owned over 70...

Over the past 50 years or so I have owned over 70 automobiles, many high end luxury and sports cars. While I can't remember all of the past transactions, my last one has to be my best. Paul Miller was my sales rep at RBM North, and both he and the dealership exceeded my expectations. Paul is a true gentlemen, very knowledgeable about the Mercedes lineup of cars, and he made the purchase fun and exciting. From the test drive with the top down, to delivery just a couple of hours later, I was very impressed and will definitely recommend both RBM and Paul to all my associates. Keep up the good work Paul, and RBM North is lucky to have him representing the dealership.

I really enjoyed working with RBM North to lease my 2012...

I really enjoyed working with RBM North to lease my 2012 C350. Fabian and the finance and management teams are true professionals and experts at what they do. This company is dedicated to creating a stellar customer experience. I recommend Fabian at RBM North anytime someone mentions looking for a car, and when my lease is up my next vehicle WILL be from RBM North.

I have been buying cars for almost 40 years, and my experience with RBM of Atlanta-North far surpassed any of my previous experiences and was even better than what my expectation for a perfect experience would be. From the moment I got there, I was made to feel that I was their most important customer. I met with Randy Powell, the General Manager, and Reza Azizi, my Sales Consultant. We discussed at length what I was looking for, and spent as much time as I needed driving several different cars so I was comfortable with my choice. We then spent time going over every individual option and Reza certainly earns the title of Consultant, giving very objective advice, while listening to all of my questions and concerns. Once we had determined all the specs, Reza, Randy and Anna kept me informed consistently on the progress ( I ordered it from the factory ), and when I switched a few things- including going from an E350 to an E550 (!), I never felt that it was in any way an imposition. My car arrived exactly when it was promised, and they had it prepped and ready, including tinting. My visit with Lisa, the Financial Manager was as smooth as could be, since a large part of the paperwork was done ahead of time. Finally, as to price, there was never a concern- I received discounts I didn't even know I qualified for! The final price as well as financing, was incredible. In summary, Randy, Reza, Anna, and Lisa have made RBM of Atlanta North the best car buying experience, ever!
