I stopped in to look at some GLK 350s that I was interested in. I did not have an appointment. Craig Whitley helped me and was very patient even though he was extremely busy and had other customers who had appointments. I found the perfect vehicle at a good price. I was also surprised that their finance department was able to beat USAA by a full percent on the financing. This was easily the best buying experience I have ever had.

My 1st Benz!!
WOW, what a great hassle free experience! I was truly amazed by the efforts and willingness to help me find the right MB for me! Greg Lapina was the most patient with a great attitude sales rep. I have ever dealt with. They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot! I have had a lot worse experiences when I visited Nissan dealer and was not sure what to expect with Mercedes. Never the less, they surprised and exceeded my expectations. You must see Greg Lapina, works hard to get you in what you will be happy with and not what he would like you to get! :D I highly recommend this dealer!

Great service and Friendly people!
RBM Atlanta-North definitely exceeded my expectations. I came in and leased a Smart Pure Coupe and Bill Favini was the sales associate helping us out. He was excellent in service, very knowledgeable and professional. Bill answered all of my questions and made the whole process very smooth and pain free! RBM North has a great group of people working there who are all very friendly and the environment is nice and relaxing as well. Would definitely recommend seeing Bill Favini at RBM Atlanta-North for any Smart car/Mercedes purchase.

Our recent experience at RBM of Atlanta-North was brilliant. I came to RBM North for a pre-owned vehicle (2008 Volvo) that had just been listed on their website the previous day. I was put in touch with Mr. David Wang who took care of us every step of the way. I came in for a test drive on a Wednesday afternoon, brought my wife back the next afternoon for her test drive, and we had a new car by Friday. Even though we were purchasing a pre-owned non-Mercedes, we were treated with the utmost respect and class in a very relaxed and friendly environment. David arranged for some cosmetic touchup and maintenance at no extra charge, and had it looking super fresh when we came to pick it up. The whole process couldn't have been simpler and more satisfying. I cannot recommend David enough, he really went the extra mile to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase.

Three months ago we were in the market for a luxury car. I had almost decided on a BMW, but knew that one of my best friends had recently purchased an E350 from RBM North. Once I visited RBM North, had driven an E350 Bluetec diesel, and experienced the staff there, I never looked anywhere else again. Bill Winslow was a knowledgeable, professional salesman that I would highly recommend. The whole experience, sales, delivery, and financing, was a pleasure!

David was extremely enthusiastic and professional from the initial phone call to make an appointment to greeting us at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in & really went to bat for us to get a fair price for the new car and our trade in. Sometimes the new car process can be so stressful but he made it a positive experience! We will definately refer him to our friends & family. Bill Favini was extremely professional with my car experience. I preferred to deal with most of my communication via email and Bill did a wonderful job in answering my questions. We had a quick 10 minute phone call to discuss some options and he provided me an excellent price for a new Mercedes E350. I would definitely recommend him and the RBM dealership.
