I just purchased a CPO SLK 350 from Reza at RBM North and could not be happier with the service I received. Reza was not pushy at all. He knew the vehicle inside and out and simply showed me all the features and benefits to owning a Mercedes! When I arrived to pick up the vehicle someone spent a good half hour going over every feature in the vehicle until I was comfortable with it. I can say that this was one of my best car buying experiences! I don't feel like I bought a vehicle and our relationship is over; rather it has just begun because I will definitely be servicing my car there because of the great experience I had during my purchase. I would encourage you to visit RBM North if you are looking for a new vehicle and top notch service - also make sure you ask for Reza - he is great!!

Craig is a very professional sales man. He is willing to work with you to get the car you need at the right price. The entire MB crew makes the buying experience very enjoyable. Customer service is great. The day after I bought the car I noticed one of the tail-lights was broken. The dealer replace it for me at no cost with no questions. By the time you have your new vehicle, one lady spend a good one hour explaining the vehicle features. I am overall very satisfied. I found the right car for me and I know I can rely in MB's excellent service reputation. Highly recommend doing business here.

We were THRILLED with 1) the Smart Car purchase plan, and 2) the excellent service and care given to us by Fabian and Sharon. We will be purchasing our entire fleet from Fabian in the future. I had started my seach online about a week ago. I made an inquiry on a E350 that was posted on Cars.com. Andrew Soloman responded to my inquiry within an hour. I explained to him that I am in Greenville, SC and would need close preliminary pricing on my trade-in before making the two hour trek to Alpharetta. Agreeable numbers were presented. Upon arrival; Andrew met in in front of the dealership with a smile and a handshake. Paperwork was completed within the hour with NO amendments to the pre-negotiated price. Andrew was thorough and patient explaining the operational functionality of the car. Both he and Lisa Brennan were a pleasure to work with. I will certainly recommend RBM and Andrew to others.
