My experience was excellent at RBM North. Fabian was a pleasure to deal with and was flexible with all of my requests. He was forthcoming, knowledgable and respectable. We were also able to be in and out quickly. David was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with when Fabian was unavailable. I will recommend and do business with RBM North again.

Working with Fabian was a fantastic experience. Fabian was knowledgable, accomodating, and extremely professional throughout the entire buying process. Fabian makes me want to refer all of my friends and family to not only RBM Mercedes Benz, but more specifically, straight to him. He is a tremendous asset to the RMB Family, and I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about him and my overall experience. Thanks to him, I am a proud (first time) Mercedes Benz Owner.

The car search is tedious, to say the least! After...

The car search is tedious, to say the least! After determining what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I began the exhaustive and lengthy search to find the right vehicle at the right price. I located that vehicle at RBM of Atlanta-North. When I phoned the dealership, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Favini answer the phone. Interestingly, I did not realize I was phoning the RBM North, instead I thought I was phoning the RBM in Roswell (which I had already visited to test drive my desired vehicle). When I told Mr. Favini what vehicle I was interested in, then explained that I had test driven a vehicle AND that I had spoken with a different gentleman - he worked hard to help me find that person ... until we both realized it was at the other dealership. From that point, the relationship went from good to great! Mr. Favini took care of every facet of the process seamlessly. After we agreed upon price, over the phone, he had the entire process handled when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership, signed my loan docs, met with the Service Manager went through a very thorough "in-service" on the vehicle by Mr. Favini, and left within about one hour and 15 minutes. I had explained to Bill that time was very valuable to me, and that I did not want to be there long, and he delivered 10-fold. Additionally, he handled setting up my MBrace account, Sirius/XM account and filled the tank prior to my arrival. The next day, he phoned me while in the vehicle to see if I had questions or concerns about the vehicle or any of its many interior functions. I was truly amazed at the level of customer service he provided considering the sale was already done. From the second we started speaking on the phone, until now (and I'm sure going forward) he treated me like I was the only individual on the planet purchasing a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, and call Bill Favini next time you want to purchase a vehicle -- You will be thankful you did!

I had a wonderful experience with Bill Winslow. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He had answers for every question or concern I had. He was very friendly. He never pushed or made me feel as though I had to make a decision. The overall best experience I have ever had while buying a car

I recently visited RBM North to replace my 2009 E320. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fabian Tafur. I have purchased 25 cars in my life. Working with Fabian was by far, the best car buying experience of my life. Next to purchasing a house, buying a luxury vehicle is a major purchase. You want it to be a positive, enjoyable experience. Fabian and the rest of the RBM North team exceeded our expectations. I have been going to RBM North for over five years. I recommend Fabian and the dealership without reservations! Great Experience!

Purchasing a new vehicle at RBM North is like no other. The entire staff is welcoming and warm, they even remembered my name as I walked in the door to take a peek around at a few vehicles weeks after my initial visit! David Wang went above and beyond and spent more time than he ever needed to helping us to make the right decision for our family. When the time finally came to purchase the entire dealership was excited for us. It?s a genuine and warm atmosphere at RBM North each time we walk in the door, we feel like we?re a part of a family. I arrived on a very busy Saturday to sign the paperwork and brought my 5yo son, they gave him cars to play with and food to snack on. No one wants a child running around the dealership, not only did they not seem to mind they openly welcomed him to tell stories and sit in their offices. That Saturday was a very fun experience for us and David took hours helping me understand everything I was signing. He also personally walked through each feature of my new car and helped me set all of my preferences. We could not be happier with our experience at RBM North and David Wang is simply the best! Once you purchase a vehicle from this store you will not go anywhere else!!

Carol did such a great job making me feel welcome and was so patient with me while I tried my car seats and stroller in multiple vehicles. She was warm and gracious, and so knowledgeable about all the vehicles. This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Carol!
