Our overall exprecnce was great. Everyone we came in contact with, from the receptionist at the front to finance, was very personable and informative. We felt we were treated fairly and respectfully. The dealership was hospitable, providing us with snacks and drinks during our visit. We would confidently recommend Bill Winslow and Nick Underwood, thank you for all your help! We love our new ML350!

We were looking specifically for a late model, low...

We were looking specifically for a late model, low mileage Cabriolet. I had done some research on the net, but felt uncomfortable not seeing the vehicle in person. We stopped at RBM "out of the blue" and we're greeted by David Wang before we ever entered the dealorship. David made us feel at home immediately and was extremely knowledgable and helpful, unfortunetly he had no vehicles with our specs available. Much to our surprise, a couple of days later, David called with information concerning a vehicle about to be turned in which he thought was just what we were looking for, a 2008 350 CLK with low mileage and in perfect condition. When we saw the vehicle it was a done deal. If it weren't for David's professionalism and friendliness I'm not sure we would have found the car of our dreams. Thanks David.

My experience with RBM North was very enjoyable. I was doing most of my car research online and Rick Seltzer was very quick and informative on all of my inquiries. Once I came in to actually drive and ultimately buy the car, everyone from the front desk to the sales manager to the parts department was extremely helpful and most pleasant to work with. Rick did a great job selling me the car without being pushy or annoying and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted!

I live in South Carolina and I needed a car to be wrapped...

I live in South Carolina and I needed a car to be wrapped for my company. So I shopped around with several dealers in three states and RBM offered the best price. I dealt with Rick Seltzer and he took care of much of the leg work over the phone so I spent minimal time in the dealership after my two and 1/2 hour drive. Thanks for making my experience a pleasant one and welcome to the wonderful world of Apple Rick!

Great Experience with Reza

The dealership is the best one I ever been to- all the process are pleasant and well ordered. I have been there for two times to buy a used car, each time they are well prepared for my visit. Reza Azizi is my salesman, he is very patient and helpful. He will told you everything you need to know about the car and help you to choose the best one suits you. I would highly recommended this dealership to my friends who interested in Mercedes.

On the three occasions that I had to bring my car for...

On the three occasions that I had to bring my car for different reasons the service was always excellent - I did not have to wait to be taken care of; one time I had to leave the car overnight and I was provided with a car. I will never hesitate to recommend RBM of Atlanta-North.

We bought a used car from RBM North, and the car had a...

We bought a used car from RBM North, and the car had a problem the first day we had it. Even though RBM is about 65 miles from our home, they sent a truck to pick up the car and take it back to the dealership. To make a long story short, they took care of the problem quickly and professionally, even though it wasn't a problem that was their fault. When you engage in any business, things will go wrong at some time. The important part is that the dealer stands behind the product. RBM did this all the way. I recommend them very highly!

Best car buying experience!!

I swore to myself I would never go to another car dealership and deal with the typical "car salesman" This was until today when I went to RBM of North Atlanta. RBM of North ATL and especially DAVID WANG were so helpful. They had a great price on a used vehicle and were most helpful in getting me the best deal possible. I purchased an almost new vehicle for less than I would have paid at all those sketchy dealers. Besides a great price, Mr. Wang placed new tires. alignment, and battery in my used car because they were less than satisfactory saving me even more money. Waiting room is great with drinks, snacks, coffee, and very helpful staff. Thanks RBM of North Atlanta for making my car buying experience wonderful.

I became interested in the Smart car, and I viewed a...

I became interested in the Smart car, and I viewed a creative ad on Craig's list that was submitted by Fabian Tafur. After contacting Fabian at RBM North, I was sold. He was very knowledgeable about the auto. He responded very quickly to my phone calls,, but he was not pushy. After test driving the Smart Car, we purchased it that day and drove the auto home the same day. It was a very pleasant experience. The RBM North staff were all very pleasant, and the dealership experience was awesome. If you are considering a Smart car, please ask for Fabian Tafur for a great auto purchasing experience,
