I recently leased a 2013 GLK 350, and I was very impressed with my entire experience at RBM North Atlanta. Bill Winslow was extremely helpful during the whole process, including finding the right car for me, helping with the finance process, and extending additional support after the final sale. I would highly recommend Bill and RBM North Atlanta. The thorough service provided, both before and after the sale, was outstanding... and I love driving my new GLK 350!!

I have been a customer of RBM North's service department...

I have been a customer of RBM North's service department since they opened a few years ago. I have been taking my Mercedes for periodic service and have been very pleased with their service. Dan Berry has been the person that I have had the pleasure to do business with. He is a pro and is always helpful. I will always bring my Mercedes for service to RBM-North because of Dan and the great team at RBM. Recently I purchased a CPO C300 from Bill Favini in sales. Bill is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with during the purchasing and delivery process. He pointed me in the right direction that resulted in my purchase of my C300. I am very pleased with the C300. I strongly recommend that you work with Bill Favini when you purchase a vehicle from RBM.

I really never anticipated buying TWO cars this year, but...

I really never anticipated buying TWO cars this year, but when the need arose again in November, there was never a sliver of doubt that I would return to RBM North and I only wanted to work with Fabian. He is the most down to earth, genuine young man. He had led me through a successful experience in June and I felt confident that this would be yet another positive experience. I was correct!! We moved seamlessly through the process without a hitch. If you want honest and real .... Call Fabian ! I would be remiss if I did not mention Joe Neely in the service department, he was my first contact with this dealership and hands down he is the VERY BEST service advisor I have ever had the pleasure to work with!! When you find this perfect combination of sales and service, I know I will never deal with any other team... EVER!!

Rick was very perceptive and seemed to understand quickly...

Rick was very perceptive and seemed to understand quickly what I was looking for. He only had to show me one car and I was in love with it. Even my husband really liked it which was a new for us. Can't thank Rick enough for his helpfulness and quickness in assisting us with our purchase. Love my new car and my new dealership.

Fabian was great to deal with and the utmost professional...

Fabian was great to deal with and the utmost professional to work with on my recent car purchase. He made sure that the car that I selected was the best car choice for my needs. He also did not come across pushy as many sales people can and do. He has followed up with me several times and is very prompt when I have had questions. I would highly recommend chosing Fabian as your sales person the next time you want to purchase a new or used car from RBM of Atlanta.

Mr. Steve Byrd listened to my situation, understood, and...

Mr. Steve Byrd listened to my situation, understood, and minimized my inconvenience of having my vehicle serviced. Steve got me in the door and on my way with a loaner vehicle within minutes. He kept me informed of the service and the necessary time line to return my vehicle. I just moved from California and this was my first experience with RBM. It was a pleasure working with Steve and I look forward to many more years of working with RBM and Steve.

Mr. Byrd has assisted me on several occasions. He always seems aware of the importance of my time and his empathy is most appreciated. Friendly and competent, he installs a confidence that service on my automobile will be performed correctly and in a reasonable time frame. His communication skills in terms of notification when service is completed could not be better. He installs in me a great feeling of trust in RBM NORTH.

I have been doing business with RBM for 15 years, and RBM...

I have been doing business with RBM for 15 years, and RBM North since they opened. My wife and I have been Mercedes owners for over 35 years. We rarely used the dealer for service before we started doing business with RBM. At RBM North we have found an incredible, customer focused team that strives hard to delight us in every transaction ... service work and new car purchases. I wish to thank every one of the individuals who have worked with us, but I also want to recognize Randy Powell in particular. Not only is Randy truly service and customer oriented, it is clear he has instilled those values across the entire team of his leadership and staff. You will not go wrong buying a car from RBM North or having your car serviced by RBM North's talented service team.
