I found the perfect car at RBM of Atlanta-North thanks to Fabian Tafur. The sale process went smoothly. But as expected with used vehicles, I encountered an totally unforeseen problem soon after I took the vehicle home. Fabian and his team immediately took over and worked out the issues. I ended up getting more than I expected from the team and my car. I have shared this story with my friends and family, and two of my close friends have already decided that they will start their next car shopping experience with RBM of Atlanta-North!!! My experience with them has left them in awe in a totally positive way.

Our experience with Nick Underwood was excellent. He was knowledgeable, informative, enthusiastic and respectful. We have purchased several vehicles and this was by far the best experience we have had at a dealership. Nick was accommodating and answered every question we had. He was a pleasure to deal with, as was everyone we dealt with at RBM North. We will definitely be recommending this dealership, and specifically Nick Underwood to others.

Great Service

Our salesman Matt was kind and very low pressure. My husband had called with questions, Matt had the answers. When we arrived, Matt and the car we were interested in were ready. There were no hidden dollars,no surprise amounts anywhere. It was fantastic.

The other dealerships that we've used in the past to...

The other dealerships that we've used in the past to purchase our vehicles could really learn a thing or two from RBM-North. This was by far our BEST buying experience we've ever had. Nick, Krista and the entire staff at RBM really made our experience. Nick was extremely helpful, polite and patient throughout the process. He also introduced us to Krista, who was also very friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Nick and RBM-North for any future purchases!

Best Buying Experience in 30 years

-My salesman, Bill Favini, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. -From the time I first phone call to the post-purchase phone call, I was very impressed with RBM of Atlanta North. -Great facility...particularly the waiting area for my children...really took them off of my mind so I could concentrate on the car. -Every person I encountered was very friendly. Starting with the receptionist. Can't remember her name, but I remember she set the tone of the visit. -The selection was outstanding. Since the terms of the purchase were agreed upon prior to me arriving, the purchase process was quick and painless. -Our friend is looking at a E350 and I have already recommended RBM North to him. -Definitely worth the 138 mile drive...Price, Service and quality.
