I bought my SMART fortwo PASSION coupe from Nick in RBM of Atlanta-North. Nick is always friendly so I feel comportable whenever I communicate with him. He is also SMART(like my NEW car!!) and his advice helped me to make decision. He has lots PASSION(like my NEW car!!) and it was very helpful to me because he search very quickly what I want. We just purchased our second Mercedes through RBM of Atlanta North. After purchasing our first Mercedes with RBM North a year ago, we knew there was no other company we'd do business with when purchasing vehicles. Although we don't live anywhere near the dealer, it's been worth the drive when making such a large purchase. On both occasions we've worked with Reza Azizi. Reza is an outstanding professional who has exceeded our expectations when buying a car. He is always professional and thorough. He listened to what we wanted and worked hard to fulfill our requests. Best experience ever buying a new car !! My husband and I went into RBM of North Atlanta in Alpharetta recently at 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. I noticed immediatley that several of the sales people we're ready to go home and not too eager to come over and speak to us, very uncharacteristic of car salesmen. I mentioned to my husband, "they must close at 6:00pm, I don't think anyone wants to be bothered with us at 5:35pm". To be fair, it was 103 degrees outside that day and I would have wanted to go home too! Just as I was about to suggest that we leave and come back on Monday, we were approached by Fabian Tafur. He introduced himself and asked if he could be of assistance. I explained that I had been driving a Mercedes CLK 500 for 10 years and was looking to trade it in on a new car. I told him that initially I was under the impression that I could not afford a new Mercedes so that day I had test driven an Audi, BMW & Acura and was disappointed in their quality and overall performance when compared to my Mercedes. My husband went online that afternoon to the RBM website and saw the C Coupe which was in fact in my price range. So we went to RBM to take a look at it. I asked Fabian about the C 250 Coupe they had on the lot and he very thoroughly explained the similarites & the differences between my CLK 500 & the C 250 Coupe. He suggested I test drive the car as I was not sure about the 4 cylinder "turbo charge" engine vs. the V8 I was used to. He was RIGHT, I was so surprised at the power & speed and really impressed with the estimated gas mileage which was more than double what I was getting with my V8. The car is stylish and very comfortable to drive & ride in. So at this point, I was sold on the car, but the deciding factor was Fabian. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or guilty for keeping him at work to well after 7:00pm that day. He and his Manager worked hard to find the right deal for me. They offered a fair price for my trade-in and worked with me on payments that fit into my budget. I am now the proud owner of a new C 250 Coupe and I would highly recommend that you visit RBM North in Alpharetta and ask for Fabian Tafur.

This was one of the rare enjoyable car buying experiences for my husband and I. Bill Flavini was very knowledgeable about the product and very patient, and he was able to dial in on what exactly we were looking for. The paperwork was ready in a record time and we were shown the Carfax without even asking, and a list of comparable cars in the area, with pricing and mileage. Overall great buying experience, with professional and respectful staff. From the moment they pick up the phone until the moment they walk you to your newly purchased car, you feel like it is all about you - the customer.

He did not pressure us, yet gave us several options based upon the information we gave him about what we most desired in a vehicle. He was patient and helpful even when the dealership closed and we were still uncertain. Rick is a great employee, salesman, person.
