RBM North and Reza Azizi

The dealership was extremely pleasant to visit- always in smooth working order. People were ready to meet me immediately and were extremely courteous. I was always offered something to drink and made to feel right at home. Reza Azizi was a fantastic salesman, he never made it seem like he was out to make you buy the car just for the sake of selling it- he truly looks out for you and makes sure there are options that best suit you. He is not concerned with how long it takes or how many times you must meet to make sure you have the right car, he is patient and very kind. Wonderful experience from both RBM North and Reza and I would highly recommend them both to the potential buyer.

This was my second purchase with RBM of Atlanta off Mc Farland, and both purchases were through Bill Favini. Bill continues to make purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. He pays attension to every small detail and makes sure you are happy before you leave. He is always checking to make sure your vehicle performs up to your expectations and makes himself available should you have a question. I would highly recomend RBM and Bill Favini for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

Exceptional service. First of all, Fabian listened to what I wanted. He only showed me cars that met my needs. He encouraged me to take the car for a spin – not just around the block, but actually drive it on the highway and on side streets. I think he knows that the driver begins to take ownership once they get behind the wheel of these beautiful vehicles. Throughout the process he paid attention to the details and helped avoid any missteps. Fabian is personable, professional and dedicated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car experience.

Great experience

My vehicle purchase at RBM of North Atlanta was the most pleasurable purchase I have experienced in my 20 years of purchasing automobiles. Greg Lapina (Sales and Lease Consultant) specifically was an integral part of the ease during the purchase. He insured my girlfriend and I were comfortable with coffee, snacks, etc. Not only did he ensure our comfort was met, but also insured we received the best price for our vehicle. After an hour or so of receiving the most upstanding reception and attention from the Sales Department and Sales Manager, we left with tremendous smiles on our face!!

On August 10th, I purchased my second E Class Mercedes...

On August 10th, I purchased my second E Class Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta North. Both times David Wang was my sales person. I would say that he's the best car salesman I've ever did business with and I’ve purchased a lot of cars over my adult life time. He has proven himself to be truthful and forthcoming. I like doing business with this dealership, mainly because everyone at this location is just as friendly and professional as the person handling the sale. The prices are better than other dealers I've shopped in the Atlanta area and the Service is great. If you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes, try this location. While I'm sure any of the salesmen would be great, I recommend that you ask for David. He will definitely make buying a new car a pleasant experience for you. J. L. Thomas

I should start by saying that Nick was the person we...

I should start by saying that Nick was the person we spent the most time with but everyone was great. I walked into the dealership wearing a pair of Walmart pants and a denim shirt with tennis shoes, and had not shaved. I know I shouldn't have expected to be treated any differently but that was my expectation. I was wrong. Throughout the entire experience, I was treated like royalty. Did I mention that I was there to purchase the least expensive automobile they had? Thanks Nick, and everyone else i met. LeBron Durham

Excitedly Stunned. Yes, this car buying experience was pleasant--no, it was much more than that--it was enjoyable. Reza Azizi did all the "leg work"--he knew what I was looking for--got the car ready & all the paper work was perfect. I felt like I was on a commercial where they say--"that was easy"...although I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz--I was treated like it was a $120,000 new car. Earlier in the week, I met Reza to test drive the car & decided that it was the right fit. My wife did not see the car until the day of the purchase --but after we left. She said, "our next car purchase will be from Reza too..." She loves the car & the experience.

We were delighted to be greeted by Rick Seltzer upon our arrival at RBM North. From the time we first came to "look" we were treated as friends. We found Rick to be personable, professional and knowledgeable. He found the right car, the right price at the right time. We are delighted with our experience. All the employees at RBM North treated us with warmth and respect. We can't say enough about our wonderful purchase at this dealership.

Buying a car through RBM North will make every other car buying experience pale in comparison! I have never had such a relaxed, enjoyable time buying a car! My husband bought me a beautiful new 2012 C250 for my birthday and our salesperson David Wang was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, low-key, funny, and there was no uncomfortable hard sales pitch. If you want to buy a world class luxury car from a great dealership, go see David at RBM. I also enjoy working with Dan Berry our service manger. He puts you right at ease, explains everything clearly, and is such a nice guy. Everyone I have met at RBM has been down to earth and a true joy to work with.
