Leased an E350 from RBM North on 8/2/12. Rick Selzer was my sales agent and was great to work with. He made this one of the easiest car acquisition experiences of my life. Rick was knowledgeable, courteous and got me the best possible deal.

I found my Jetta TDI on the internet. Made contact with Nick - he was very helpful and responsive. After some negotiation we settled on a price and I made plans to pick up my new car. I drove over 4 hours to the dealership - when I arrived things could not have gone smoother. The car was ready - looking like a brand new car and Nick immediately came out to greet us. Paper work was in order and had minimal wait time to get the deal concluded and drive out. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Nick was a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable and considerate. He is a very good representative for RBM of Atlanta North. Purchasing a car is usually a very tedious process but thanks to Nick this was a very pleasant experience.

Fun, easy car-buying experience!
Car shopping is not one of my favorite activities, but RBM of Atlanta North actually made it a FUN experience! I found my car online and first talked to my salesman, Bill Favini, by phone. He answered all of my questions and was ready for my test drive when I showed up. There was absolutely no pressure. The car sold itself, and when I was ready to commit to the vehicle, Bill and the rest of the team at RBM North made it such a smooth process! Sharon in Finance was a pleasure to work with and gave me some great advice on my car, since she had owned the same model. GM Randy Powell was incredibly nice and helped make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The customer service and professionalism at RBM North is top notch, and I couldn't be happier with my car-buying experience!

David T. Wang was my sales advisor and he was GREAT! If you are in the market for a mercedes benz this is the place and the sales advisor you want looking out for you. Overall great experience. I went to several MB Dealerships and this one was by far the best!

Wifey and I go shopping!
Like most men, I have an aversion to shopping with my wife. This time the must have item was a beautiful MB CLS-550c at RBM Atlanta-North. (Did I mention that we live approx. 500 mi. from the dealership?) The prep. for this trip included several calls with my sales rep. Andrew Solomon.He answered my questions, and dealt with my concerns: we were planning to trade two (2) vehicles for this one. I got locked-in sales figures for both and made plans to arrive at RBM. Andrew, remained true to his word re: the agreed upon values for our trades, up-graded the nav system programming in the new car(at no cost to me) and took care of all our expectations re: this fine automobile. Mr. Andrew Solomon was respectful and curteous; but, more than that, he took the time to get to the heart of what we were concerned about, And he took care of it! This was our second MB, but the first from RBM of Atlanta-North. If there is going to be a third, we have already decided to go back to RBM and Mr. Andrew Solomon. Craig Friedman

I am the kind of man who mulls things over before committing to an action. I looked long and hard at what was offered by various dealers online and found the selection at RBM of Atlanta - North to be the best in appearance and quality. We bought our second Mercedes-Benz, this time from RBM and we haven't looked back. We are very pleased with the car; but, mostly, with the professional service provided by Mr. Andrew Solomon and Mr. David Wang. Of course, Andrew knows his inventory...but he also listens, really listens, to get to the heart of what's important to you - the customer. I bought a car, and started a new friendship grounded in truth with a fine business. You may find dealerships as fine as RBM of Atlanta-North, but you will not find any better. This business and these people are the real deal...Isn't that what you want backing your purchase of a Mercedes-Benz? Craig Friedman

I bought my first Mercedes this past weekend. Nick Underwood was my sales person. He remembered me from my visit last month and was immediately able to assist my husband and I, even though we didn't have an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the brand. Best of all, he didn't pressure us one bit. When we first arrived, I told him we were not going to buy, we were just there to get more information. As our visit progressed, I was the one who suggested we moved further along in the sales process, as Nick was very respectful of my initial intent of our visit. Well, we ended up buying that evening, well after the dealership closed for the day. One last note, Nick overheard a phone call I had while test driving when I mentioned to the person on the other end of the phone that we were on a "date night" since our neighbors were watching our children. The GM ended up providing us with a very generous gift card for Buckhead Restaurant Group so we could continue to enjoy our "date". How thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Nick specifically.
