From the moment we arrived until we left in our new Smartcar, every step of the process was excellent. We drove 70 miles to go to this dealership. We were not disappointed in any way. All of the employees went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. This is our 2nd Smartcar. We love it. Thank you to Matthew Snyder and everyone who helped us in this process. Richard and Ringer.

The first impression of the dealership was one of...

The first impression of the dealership was one of surprise that we were not hounded by salesman when scouting out available cars. Once we went inside, we were welcomed and greeted. After we told them what we were looking for, I was surprised at all the information we were given about the car. My husband and I drove the car and decided to check into the pricing. Let me sum it up by saying we felt we had received an excellent price on the car and our trade. It was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever had.

Wow! What an experience!

Wow! What an experience! I want to thank Bill Favini and RBM of Atlanta North for the outstanding service that was provided to me on the purchase of my Porsche Boxster. Just leased a new 2012 E-Class coupe. This is the 2nd E-class I leased through RBM North, and I worked with Bill Favini both times. I had a great experience from start to finish. They are very sensitive to my tight schedule, and had most of the paperwork done before I arrived to complete the transaction. I would highly recommend the drive up to Exit 12!

Cut Above the Rest

Outstanding car buying experience!!!. Buying a new car usually means get your armor on, prepare your facts, grit your teeth and prepare for battle. RBM was my first of 5 dealership stops in our quest for a new car and became our last. David Wang was Outstanding - answered all our questions, provided detailed cost comparisons for the same car being offered through other dealerships, set expectations of what RBM could do for us and more importantly "listened" to what we wanted. We purchased the car same day and drove it home - right price, great deal and outstanding Customer Experience.

bought GL450 In May 2012

This is my second car that I bought from Andrew Solomon at RBMNORTH. Andrew is a fantastic sales person who cares about the buyer's interest more then anything.
