I recently had a great experience leasing a new MB C300...

I recently had a great experience leasing a new MB C300 while returning a C230 off-lease and trading in an older S420. I didn't think we'd be able to make a deal but, after the usual to and fro, we were able to agree on a price and I am delighted with the new car. The person we worked with was Adam Denault and he was always professional, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend RBM North and especially Adam.

This is my second purchase with RBM Mercedes in the last...

This is my second purchase with RBM Mercedes in the last four years. Obviously, as a returning client was well satisfied on my first purchase. On this new purchase I had narrowed my selection to two car selections. My dealings with Adam were very professional and he did not high pressure me into a sale. I liked this about him especially he knew we were looking at Cadillac and never talked down about the compeitition. I was seriously looking at the Cadillac CTS only since I had never owned a Cadillac and was interested in the four-year free maintenance program. Once I visited RBM and had a chance to review and compare Mercedes to Cadillac, the value I perceived favored my selection of the Mercedes. Qulaity and maintenance are key considerations of why I selected the GLK350. I feel the price points are one of my decision points for the purchase. I plan to keep this car about three years and then will buy another car most likely from RBM. The entire staff has worked with me both on my 2007 purchase and now most recently with the 2011. The maintenance department is one of the best I have used. Always upfront and will keep your car with them until all maintenance issues on resolved. This is never an issue since they always have you ina brand new loaner vehicle. For anyone new to Mercedes and RBM, you will never be happier in driving and owning this vehicle. The cost may be a little higher, howevr you will find very quickly this is the right car for you.

I had a great experience in getting my first Mercedes...

I had a great experience in getting my first Mercedes Benz from RBM North. David came to my wife and I with a great smile when we first stepped in the show room. He was very knowledgable in all aspect of the car. He helped us in getting the price that we felt reasonable for our E350. All i can say is he is one of a kind and very funny to deal with.

What can I say aboout RBM North and Reza!! I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from RBM North and it was as awesome as I thought it should be with purchasing such a fine automobile. Even though Reza was working with 2 other customers at the same time he was helping me, he still made my wife and I feel comfortable and kept us informed on the whole process. He was very helpful with the vehicle itself and had a vast knowlege of the vehicle we were purchasing. I can highly recommend Reza to anyone that is the market to purchase a Mercedes. The dealership was immaculate and all the employes were very nice. I highly recommend RBM North if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes.

My father and I went into the RBM north dealership and...

My father and I went into the RBM north dealership and talked to James Abiyounis. We looked and ended up buying a c300, what a wonderful car. Our salesperson is really what sold the car, i am in business my self and the professionalism that James and RBM offered was superior. Would definitely recommend all that i know to James and the dealership. It was a great experience.

Scott and the entire team @ RBM represent the best experience we've ever had when purchasing (or even shoppoing) for a vehicle. I started my search for a car early Saturday morning and...

I started my search for a car early Saturday morning and my first stop was to RBM North. When I arrived at the lot with my Finance and a friend I could not find the used cars. Reza came out to meet us and politely pointed us to the used section. The certified pre-owned vehicles on the RBM North lot were indistinguishable from the new cars because they were so clean. I test drove two models and fell in love with the C350. I told Reza that I was just beginning my car hunt. He happily wrote down some numbers for me and I was off. I hit a few other lots around town and saw a lot of used C350's and BMW's. The sales folks at the other lots were very pushy and it was the typical sales tactics that gave used car salespeople a bad name. The cars at the other lots were also very obviously used. Back to RBM North. I went back to talk to Reza and he let me and my friends lounge around the couches while he worked up some numbers for me. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, it was very honest and straightforward. I have never had a better and more pleasant purchasing experience in my life. Financing was a dream; they even qualified me for the promo financing rate on a CPO vehicle. To sum up my experience in one word would be: impressive. Other dealers could learn something from RBM North. They got my business and will have it long into the future because of their polite and professional sales team.

Anyone can sell you a Mercedes-Benz in Atlanta. But if you want to be treated with respect and utmost professionalism then you need to see Bill Favini at RBM of Atlanta North. Having purchased 15 new vehicles in my life this was by far the best sales experience of them all. I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff at RBM. You won't be disappointed.
