RBM NORTH has it down on sales, service and style! We recently purchased our second car from RBM NORTH and are thrilled to be working with such a "team" of men and women who still value diplomacy, customer service and customer satisfaction!! It was such a pleasure to work with James Younis as our sales advisor.... who wasn't trying to promote his own agendas, but was truly interested in trying to help US find OUR perfect car. We then met manager Anna DeBlois, who went to work to insure that our questions were answered and assisted in any way she possibly could to trade our previous Mercedes in for one of their beautiful newer models. They made the process easy, exciting and fun... Thank you. And special thank to Teresa Cox,in the service department, for always serving us with efficiency and a smile! THANK YOU RBM NORTH!

I rated everything a "5" (all...

I rated everything a "5" (all "great") because of the following: (1) I liked the estimated quotes for both parts and labor received before I made an appointment for services; (2) I liked the concept of an appointment time that was honored by Mr. Byrd; (3) I liked the ready reception and directions provided by the young man who showed me exactly where to park for services needed; (4) I liked the clean, uncluttered, orderly waiting room and the "creature comforts" (coffee, water, snacks, etc.) available; (5) I liked the point-by-point reports from Mr. Byrd regarding how things were progressing for my services; (6) I liked the general "spirit of friendliness" exemplified by the staff - even those with whom I had no direct business; and, (7) I liked the "staying within quoted range" final costs for services.

This is not the first time I have visited RBM North. ...

This is not the first time I have visited RBM North. They have serviced my car on several occasions over the past year or so. I am considering purchasing a used car from them within the next 5-6 months. Each time I am there, they treat me fair, and with exceptional customer service. Joe Neeley, my service advisor is the best (friendly, always jovial) and is always willing to do what's necessary to resolve the situation. If I can only get him to give me that new 2012 S550 AMG63....LOL

Just purchased a 2011 Mercedes M350. What a car. I traded...

Just purchased a 2011 Mercedes M350. What a car. I traded in a BMW X5 and the two cars are worlds apart. RBM went beyond the extra mile to ensure that they not only found the right car for me, but they were able to obtain the car I wanted from Florida. Mr. Scott Omen delivered the car to me, and what a professional and comprehensive experience that was for me. He and my salesman James Younis, spent two hours going over every detail making sure to confirm with me that I understood what they were explaining. I was even introduced to Ms. Anna H. DeBlois, the sales manager, who personally became involved in the sales negotiations and locating the car for me. The facility is absolutely first class and most likely the best service department that I have ever seen in my 62 years here on earth. Everyone in this business is very friendly and eager to make certain that my contact with them is a satisfying experience. I would recommend this RBM location to anyone looking for a new car.

We drove for 6 hours to pick up our Volvo xc90. Joe went...

We drove for 6 hours to pick up our Volvo xc90. Joe went above and beyond his call of duty for us.He met us on a Sunday morning so we could test drive and approve the vehicle before we signed the papers. He had everything signed, approved and ready. All we had to do was approve,sign and drive off the lot. It didn't stop there though, he helped us find a gas station with the cheapest price on gas and then lead our way back to the interstate so we could head back home. I would definatly do buisness with them again and highly recommend Joe Ydunate to help anyone looking to buy from RBM North. Thanks again for everything and we love our Volvo xc90!! I just bought my second car from RMB North in the last 18...

I just bought my second car from RMB North in the last 18 months and I really don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else to buy a car. This is a fantastic dealership. Their sales team is tremendous and they always go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable sales experience. Adam Denault was the sales associate I used and I could not be any happier with anyone else. Adam’s knowledge of the Mercedes product line is most impressive and he has an easy demeanor that is easy to work with. He makes you feel like all of your questions are the most important he has ever heard and creates a relaxed atmosphere while shopping. Adam also went to great lengths to ensure our after the sale experience was to our satisfaction, which it was. I highly recommend RBM North and Adam Denault if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz.

The is the 2nd pre-owned vehicle I've purchased from RBM North. If they have a preowned vehicle on the lot, you can be sure that the vehicle is in MINT condition and competitively priced. The sales team is both knowledgeable and friendly. When your vehicle needs to be serviced, they most likely will offer you a loaner. I also found out that if you need a tow, Mercedes will tow your vehicle to a dealership a no addition cost.

I don't normally write reviews unless my experience has been exceptional. My experience with RBM of Atlanta North, specifically, James Younis has been a real pleasure. James was courteous and extraordinarily accommodating in the process to make sure my buying experience was an exceptional one. After test driving a GL450 and an R350, I settled on a second hand R350. However, the price at RBM North was better than anywhere in Minnesota – where I live. I bought this car without seeing it in person but I trusted James throughout this process. The car was delivered to me for FREE in Minnesota – you can’t beat that! The car is exceptionally clean! I am really happy with the purchase and I love the car. Thanks for the great car, great experience, and I definitely recommend James to all.
