The reason why I took out the time to write this review...

The reason why I took out the time to write this review is to let your Senior Leadership of RBM Motors North of Atlanta the customer service that you provided recently. I contacted Mr. Solomon from Iraq about a 2005 S500 Mercedes Benz Sadan that I seen on the internet. I could tell from our first conversation that he had outstanding Sales/customer's service skills. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in everyway. Even though I was thousands of miles away, it was just like I was there at RBM North. My wife came up from Mississippi to take a look at the S 500 Mercedes and ended up purshing it. She said MR. Solomon was very helpful in all aspects and was a truly professional. What I got from Mr. Solomon was that he went far and beyone his duties to ensure that his customer was satisfied. I've been dealing with car salesman for a while and Mr. Solomon is one of the best that I've seen. I have recommended other employees here in Iraq who were interested in buying a Benz to RBM North of Atlanta because of the experience I encounted with Mr. Solomon. Andrew, I want to thank you for having the opportunity of doing bussiness with you and I'm sure my wife and I will see you again in the future when we purchase our next Mercedes. As a customer of RBM North for the past 3-years, I can say it has been an excellent experience. Any problems I had with my E350 were easily offset by the quality of service provided. Dealing with Mercedes Benz professionals like Teresa Cox in the Service department epitomizes what superior customer service should be. The purchase of my Mercedes from RBM North has been the best car buying experiences that I have ever encountered! Highly Recommend!

The purchase of a Mercedes Benz automobile from RBM of North Atlanta almost an "out of body buying"experience that is, quite frankly, second to none in the luxury car industry. What made the whole experience even more comfortable and satisfying was the extraordinary effort and consummate professional Bill Favini, a highly skilled Sales & Leasing Consultant at RBM. Through his stewardship of the vehicle selection and buying process, the path was made clear to deliver the vehicle of my choice - even on Christmas Eve, big red bow and all. In my over 50 years of new car buying experience (and I've bought many), I found Bill's professional demeanor, empathetic nature and outstanding product knowledge to be of the highest order. In fact, of the 30+ sales consultants I have dealt with over the years - Bill is, most assuredly, the very best there is. I would certainly recommend RBM of North Atlanta without reservation; however, to have the ultimate buying experience, I strongly suggest you ask for Bill Favini!

I recently purchased a Mercedes C300 and I could not be more pleased with the sales support provided by Andrew Solomon. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the Mercedes product and was instrumental in making the purchasing process pleasant and uncomplicated. I bought 3 cars with Reza in the last 3 months. I think this could be enough to say how much I like this experience. But I want to make sure you look for him while dealing with RBM North. Reza made our process easier and non stressfull at all. We bought 2 cars in November and I just bought a third car last week.

Andrew Solomon was the sales analyst who assisted of purchasing my C 300 Benz as an anniversary for my wife. Andrew is great, very knowledgeable about the products that he's selling and best of very patient while educating about the products. I highly recommend this dealership's service department. From the moment you step out of your car you are pampered and catered to. The Customer Service Reps know their stuff and with their ability to research the synoptic data on your vehicle, they know exactly what services and upgrades should be performed. I have owned many types and makes of vehicles and dealt with many service departments, but I have never been as satisfied as I am with RBM-North.
