RBM of Alpharetta

From the very first encounter, we found RBM of Atlanta North to be exceptional. We researched our interest via the intranet and located the car with the options we sought. Our conversation was so pleasant and professional, I may change my view of the pains of car purchasing. Joe was so accomodating with pictures and responses. We drove almost 5 hours to find his review was spot on! Our negotiated trade and purchase price was exactly as his stated. After our review of several cars and dealers, we feel we recieved a very fair deal, good enough to drive 5 hours! Joe's explanation and education of features was the most complete we have had. We were called the day after to ensure we were satisfied and had no other questions. All in all, Joe and RBM of Atlanta North provided excptional service beyond our expectations.

We found RBM-North through USAA's car buying program. Adam contacted us right away and was very understanding when we said we were only looking but would be ready to buy in the next month or two. When we finally showed up to take a test drive, we couldn't have had a better experience. My wife came along, somewhat reluctantly because of previous car buying experiences at other dealerships, and walked away saying that it was the best experience she had ever had at looking at cars. Adam was very thorough and knowledgeable. It was very low pressure and I never felt like he was concerned if I could afford the car even if I was dressed like it that day. My wife and I went to your other dealership and we were treated like second rate customers. They even asked if we could afford to buy the car, this occurred a couple of months ago. When we came to RBM of Atlanta - North, we were treated with respect and courtesy. While my wife and were walking around the lot, Mr.Younis, came up to us and asked if he could be of service to the both of us. He left and we were ready to talk to someone we went and found him; this was great not to be hassled. Mr. Younis showed us the cars we were interested in, and took us for test drives. He explained the differences in the cars so that not only I understood, but my wife understood also and she is not mechanically inclined. When it was time to buy the car, Mr. Younis and Ms Thompson, walked us through all the paper work and all the figures to purchase the new car. By the way, one thing I have left out and that is that Mr. Younis noticed that I am a USAA member and we received even a better discount due to Mr.Younis's due diligence. This was our first Mercedes and these two people were absolutely fantastic and did an outstanding job. I am sure we will be buying another Mercedes in the year or two. Excellent sales personnel with Bill Favini, no hard pressure sales tactics,very informative, willing to answer any question and relatively easy to deal with (I always want more money in my pocket). RBM of North Alpharetta is an extremely nice facility with a "laid back" atmosphere that makes you feel very welcome as a potential customer. I chose to buy from RBM because of the Mercedes reputation. I bought a used 2008 Saturn. There was a minor problem that surfaced 1 week after the purchase. They took care of the cost despite their being no warranty. I highly recommend working with Joe ( a top notch and friendly salesman).
