I live in Montgomery, Alabama and found i very hard to find a dealership with tha car we wanted to purchase with the low miles and only one year old. I gave RBM very high ratings because we drove over 200 miles ahd the experience was great. We will surely buy there again. Clarence M. Shines Sr.

Recently, my local dealer in Coral Gables, Florida, was...

Recently, my local dealer in Coral Gables, Florida, was less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with GEICO. I called RBM of Atlanta-North (we have a second home nearby) and in no time RBM and GEICO reached an agreement acceptable to them and me. The cherry on top was when RBM discovered during a courtesy check that one of the repairs made by the Coral Gables dealer needed to be redone. Had RBM not caught the mistake of the other dealer our car would have been leaking oil all the way back to Miami and likely incurred serious damage. My service advisor (Dan Berry) and his supervisor (Ken Rutter) were excellent throughout - true professionals!

Excellent service, yet again. Third time in, third home...

Excellent service, yet again. Third time in, third home run as far as staff, work completed, and price charged. Did not expect this from a Mercedes dealer to be honest. Makes me more and more happy about my purchase every time I go there. Teresa did a heck of a job getting my work done sooner than promised and it cost less than first estimated. Excellent job you guys.

I went it for a service and walked away with an new car....

I went it for a service and walked away with an new car. David was great!! He got me a great trade in value and lower price for my new car. I love the ride and price of my new C300. Service is also the best in class. I had one of the best service guys bring me a loner car and he even fix my car on the side of the road. Thanks for Everything Mercedes Benz North.

Reza was great. So friendly and helpful. He was the first to greet us outside on a cold and windy day and he worked with us. I recommend Reza to anyone. He is patient and I really enjoyed his expertise. And the process was very easy for the financing portion.

We just purchased a new Mercedes E350 and what a great experience! David Wang was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband was in a hurry for a tee time and David had all the paperwork ready for him to sign before we arrived. He was in and out in 10 mins! David then spent a considerable amount of time with me going over all the features of the car. My husband and I would only buy from RBM of Atlanta - North.

My car buying experience was a complete BREEZE! I saw the car on the internet called and spoke with Joe, he answered every question, and email. He was very professional, as well as the entire staff. I spoke with him on a Wed and I was flying out (from Tampa) on a Saturday he picked me up from the train station, and the rest is history. This was the best experience I've ever had. Other dealers should take note.

my experience could not have been better. the vehicle was as described, the transaction went quickly and smoothly. I live in upstate New York and spent only about three hours in Atlanta completing the transaction which began with an email response to and Ebay post. the response was fast and the negotiations were quick and the delivery was scheduled. When I arrived everything was ready and they went through as thorough explanation of all the details including hour various features of the vehicle operated. i've spent two weeks and 1200 miles with the GLK and it has met all of my expectations. It's my second MB and I would definitely give RMB a shot at the next one.

The location was easy to use. No traffic, hassles and I liked the cafe. Everything was handled with fairness and the experience was the most satisfying new car purchase I have ever had. Adam was completely forth right in the purchase discussion and he handled the actual purchase quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended him to two different people Nd if they have not been there yet, they will be soon.
