Joe Ydante was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I knew what I was purchasing and what the cost would be before arriving to the dealership. He also took the time to make sure I knew all of the features of my new car before leaving the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson.

This dealership offers the best service I have ever experienced. Bill Favini is a most professional sales rep. 5 stars from the Crouse family! The price negotiation was easy and the closing process faster than most. What we particularly liked was the follow up by RMB North of our satisfaction with the car.

Very good information and explanation of many aspects of the vehicle. Willingness to take time with me and operate on my schedule with no rushing for the sale. Good post sale follow up. Stephen Moore is very knowledgable on vehicles, especially Mercedes, and I would return to him for a future purchase.

RBM is a professional, pleasurable and enjoyable place to buy a car! I drove from New Orleans and it was 100% worth the trip! The sales team at RBM is fantastic, as my sales professional David Ellis did a wonderful job in showing me not only my preferred car, found onthe great website, but also introduced me to different cars just to make sure we made the best decision! We sure did! I love my ML350 and enjoy it more and more with every drive! David had selected the car for me based on a few requests and came out with a perfect match - I could not have asked for a more caring, attentive and friendly salesman. He has been great in keeping up with me dice the purchase to check up on my satisfaction with the car, as well as promptly mail me a requested accessory! I also turned in my '08 c350 off of a lease and was met with an easy and friendly staff who made the experience easy and quick. I would reccomend David, as the rest of the RBM team to anyone! I know my relationship with such a successful business team is a lasting one, and look forward to many happy miles on my ML! What a great place, I can't wait to do business again!

Great dealership and very honest guys. David was an excellent sales person who provided information in a non sales or pushy way. We went in and asked to see a car and David allowed us to drive one. Not high pressured or pushy. First car purchase from RBM North but will definitely use them again. No BS & solid folks.

Ive been a BMW guy for the last 20 years at least, never...

Ive been a BMW guy for the last 20 years at least, never considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted to look at the car. Bill realized that right away and let me do my thing until I was ready to talk to someone (nice touch). So I end up leasing a new, not yet manufactured E63 from RBM, but had to wait a month for it. I wont share the details of what they did for me during this period, but it included Bill sharing a picture of the boat carrying my new car, as well as providing up to date production details as it came closer to delivery date. The car is unbeliveable, best Ive ever had, and the crew at RBM and Bill Favini know how to match the level of Mercedes craftmanship with GREAT service.

Found car online, contacted the dealership, everything was done very professionaly. Agreed to price, arranged for payment, signed all paperwork, all through communication via emails, phone calls, faxes, and texts in a very timely manner. Even had car shipped to my front door!

My husband travels extensively and, as in many...

My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. So I was somewhat anxious when I had to take my C-Class in for an unexpected service when my husband was traveling. But my husband had arranged everything with Duane Udo. Duane met me as I pulled in and took care of everything. Duane is so nice and so easygoing – he put me at ease and my experience was wonderful. Thank you!!
