What an amazing positive experience - best car buying process *ever*. I knew what I wanted, walked in the dealership, and met Joe. One of the most straightforward salespeople I've ever met. He found my car out of state in about 15 minutes; I worked with Sharon to get the deal hammered out, and my car arrived about a week later. Both Joe and Diane took their time to make sure I understood the car and all it's bells and whistles. Joe took care of a couple things without my having to ask, and Sharon was a very straightforward Financial Manager who did not pull any punches. I went to two other dealers in Atlanta, and this one is more than an hour from my house - but it was worth the drive. I would NEVER recommend anyone but RBM of Atlanta North. They took care of me and made the process easy and painless. Thanks Joe! Thanks Sharon! :)

I began my new vehicle search online and was then referred to sales specialist Bill Favini. It was a pleasure working with Bill. My husband contacted RBM North Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta about a car. They didn't have the one we wanted, but within a week, they found my DREAM car with every single option that we wanted, with low miles, (this car was pristine!) and gave me a great price and exceptional service. You can just about buy a car anywhere, but it's the service that keeps you going back. If you want the best salesman ever, ask for Bill Favini. This was our first Mercedes experience and it will not be our last. If you want the best, go to the best. You will be glad you did!

I came in this past weekend to check out the available CPOs I had seen through their website. As soon as I walked in, the representatives at the front desk were welcoming and courteous which gave me a great first impression. A few moments later, David came to show me the cars I was interested in. David was very friendly and accomodating. He paid close attention to what I said I wanted in a car, and he made sure he found those qualities for me when showing me through the lot. What was most surprising was probably the price - out of all the other dealerships I had been to (buckhead mb, mbsouth, and also every Audi dealer in the ATL area -_-) I never came across pricing like theirs. Overall, I would definitely recommend David Wang and the RBM North team to anyone.

From the time we arrived to the time we left with our new car he was professional and courteous, going out of his way to make our family comfortable during the process. In addition to courtesy he was well prepared making the process as smooth as it could possibly be, and the best one we’ve had to date. He went out of his way to accommodate us, and worked to our benefit, providing an excellent car for an excellent price. The dealership was fantastic all team members appeared professional and the facility was outstanding. I’d recommend RBM if you are in the market for quality vehicle.

I brought my 2002 E320 in for routine service. My service advisor Steve greeted me, went thru what was going to be done to the car and had my loaner vehicle waiting for me (an SUV that I LOVED). Later in the morning, Steve called (as he said he would) and advised me of some addtional items worth noting during their inspection. He outlined which needed to be taken care of right away, and others that could wait if I would like. I agreed and gave him the green light to complete the work. (It also let me drive the SUV for another day!) Next day, Steve called PLUS I got an email that notified me the car was ready. Got to the dealership, relaxed in the waiting area with complementary beverages and snacks provided. When I went to the cashier, she showed me the bill and asked if I was a Prestige Program member. I told her I was and that saved me quite a bit of money! I paid, was given my keys and walked out to my clean car. (They wash your car when taken for service) I really love this dealership and the friendly people associated with it!
