Automax of Ocala

On 12-23-16, I purchased a vehicle from the Automax in Ocala FLorida. The sales person Michael Fernland was knowledgeable and professional. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but this was the most pleasant experience. I looked at several vehicles that night and was given all the time and help I needed to select the one I wanted. Once I made my choice Mr. Fernland walked me through the process and helped me complete the paperwork. The process took less than an hour and I was driving home in my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ocala Automax and strongly suggest Mr. Fernland to anyone looking to be treated with respect and dignity and kindness. If it had not been for Mr. Fernland I would not have purchased my vehicle that night. Thank you to all the staff at Ocala Automax and special thanks to Michael Fernland!

I went here to buy a car that's been sitting on the lot for at least 4 months. They spent all their time trying to de-value my trade, which was already appraised by 2 other dealers at market value. When it came time to talk turkey, these guys wouldn't do me the courtesy of giving even a tiny 2% discount on the price of this car. The amount was so small that it wouldn't have made a big difference to my pocketbook, but I think every customer wants to feel that they got some sort of deal, no matter how slight. Nope. Not here. They'd rather wait for some other lunkheads to come in with poor credit and pay full price with more interest. Good luck. The car is still there and I bought a BMW the next week someplace else that actually wants to SELL cars,not just hold them on the lot.

Driving many years and owning several vehicles. It has been an extremely pleasant experience with the courtesy shown at Auto Max Ocala dealership. Dan Gallagher and Jeffrey Frazier are two outstanding individuals who went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Am completely satisfied and would recommend the dealership and either associate to any one looking for an outstanding value in a vehicle.

I had an excellent experience shopping here, I originally intended purchase a moderately priced small suv but after taking some advise I ended up buying a slightly more expensive but SIGNIFICANTLY better vehicle that I got an amazing deal on. A near new 2014 Honda crv with only 11k miles on it for just $16,800 this car will probably last me the next 10-20 years and I spend way less then buying new! A big shout out to Ashley Murphy at AutoMax of ocala, she was a huge help and didnt pressure me in the slightest. Her vehicle suggestions where dead on what I was looking for! My second car from AutoMax and I left happy. Dave Erickson was an excellent salesman. I have worked with Dan there before also, but have stopped in at times and not always enjoyed who was there and came back. Dave was excellent at providing service and kindness and friendly to work with.

My car took a crap on my for the Holydays. Searching onling I Automax. Drove in and met with Cash. No really that's the guys name. Cash was professional and great tobdeal with. Traded my car in and had a great buying experience. I was able to ride out that same day. Joe in financing was also a great help. Merry Christmas!
