Helping a friend search for a truck, we called AM and asked about a vehicle. It was being repaired, but they kept us informed as to the progress in the shop. Unfortunately, it sold before we arrived there, but we looked at several others and my friend drove away with a newer, and nicer truck. Ryan Frazier (our salesperson) kept us posted as to the status of the vehicles, and Dan in F&I was very efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Ashley Murphy was great she took her time walked us through many different vehicles explained all of the different safety features and got us the perfect car for my daughter's first vehicle !

I have now been here two times,,have bought both of my vehciles from here. My sales rep michael Fernland was awesome. I was very specific with the my needs due to my son being wheelchair bound. Michael pulled up the SUV's and helped me take the wheelchair out of my current SUV and load them in to the back of 4 SUV's i was looking at. He stayed the enitre time and showed me the benefits and cons of each vehicle for a handicaped child. It was well above and beyond the call of duty.

After searching for a car for weeks, I came across Mike at Automax. I'm glad I did! He was able to match what I had from my previous car that I lost due to theft, as far as amenities, and even exceeded my expectations. That really made a difficult situation turn into a blessing. Automax of Ocala has been the number one dealership in my family so when i decided to search for a car, this was the first place i went to. I found the exact vehicle i wanted at an awesome price and my favorite color. Michael Fernland was our sales person and he was a great help. The only thing I knew when stepping onto the lot was that I needed a vehicle and wanted the best deal I could possibly get. Michael Fernland was soooooo patient with me while I figured out what was going to be my next "new" car.
