I went to a couple of different dealerships that day. I felt like everyone was pushing me into buying something right away. When I went to AutoMax I met Clarence. I told him about my previous experiences with the other dealerships. He was not pushy at all. Answered all of the questions I asked him honestly and pointed me to the correct cars I was interested in. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Rav4 for 3-4k under market value. I was very pleased with everyone there.

My Husband I went needed a second, I went online and seen the car I wanted and needed Tammy seen our request she called me and we met up the next day to see and test drive the car and with many more car options, Tammy made the experience comfortable and fun, I will recommend anyone to AutoMax in Ocala and see Tammy, we walked out with a 2016 Dodge Charger!

I just bought my 2nd vehicle thru AutoMax Ocala. They truly know how to make the car buying experience a pleasant one. Make sure you go see Ryan Frazier or Mike McKinney they are no pressure, very knowledgeable salesmen. You will NOT find better pricing or better selection any where else in town, trust me I know. They have the best selection of vehicles to choose from. And once you have your car picked out make sure you talk to Joe Fulner he made the paperwork process a breeze. We have a 3 month old baby and we were in and out before she had a chance to get fussy. Go see these guys they won't do you wrong!!!

Ramsey is definitely a fantastic sales representative. He's honest; he doesn't try to sell a car to you to make a quick profit. He actually listens to what you have to say and answers all questions as best as he can with his decades of experience in car sales. Ramsey works with you to ensure that you can get a car within your budget so that you don't have to worry too much about payment bills. He works with you as long as he has to (I'm hard to please) but you're guaranteed to leave happy. My only complaint with AutoMax is that my used vehicle did not come with the service record from their contracted service provider to show the condition of the vehicle. While my vehicle does run fine, I still found it odd that I had no in-depth information outside of the CarFax as to the status of the vehicle. But besides this, I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from AutoMax, especially if you ask for Ramsey. He definitely has your back =) !
