A friend recommended this place. I liked it a lot. I am used to being cheated/lied to by used car dealers but this place was refreshing. They made the whole process super smooth and effortless. the only hiccup was getting proof of insurance faxed over to them but that is my insurance company's fault, not theirs. overall, I got a good recommendation to purchase my truck here. I very likely will use them again.

Mark Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had went to look at a vehicle and unfortunately o was not. Approved but he was able to get me into another grest vehicle. He was very helpful and attentative. Very great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle. Great experience.

I just bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from Ashley Murphy and I had a wonderful experience working with her. My husband and I are from South Florida and we were only in the Ocala area for a few days. The Tahoe we were looking for was just delivered to the lot and was not ready to be viewed. Ashley went above and beyond to get her detailers to process the car ASAP. Although we did not purchase the initial vehicle we went to see, Ashley had other Tahoe options. Ashley worked with us to get to our target pricing and we drove off the lot with a great deal! The financing process was quick and easy. It was the fasted processing of a vehicle purchase I have experienced. Once we chose the vehicle, we were driving home in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Joe Fulner for all your help! I would most definitely drive back to Auto Max of Ocala to purchase another vehicle. There is nothing like working with honest people and knowing you are purchasing a reliable vehicle.
