My second car from AutoMax and I left happy. Dave Erickson was an excellent salesman. I have worked with Dan there before also, but have stopped in at times and not always enjoyed who was there and came back. Dave was excellent at providing service and kindness and friendly to work with.

Cash Stodghill was our sales person and was very pleasant to work with .

First time in automax and was not disappointed at all! The people there are great and got a deal on the car I was exactly looking for for a great price. Our salesman was Michael and he helped us through everything step by step!

My whole family has purchased cars from AutoMax Ocala and every time it has been such an easy process. The guys there are always helpful, never pushy like they're trying to just take your money, and are generally nice. This is the fifth car we have purchased through them with the help of Mark. He helped me three years ago and I got the same exact customer service both times as well as my sister's car purchase. I recommend this dealership to everyone I come in contact with when discussing car purchases.

Superb experience! I knew the truck I wanted as I drove by it every day on my way to work. I did several weeks of research and learned I was not going to get a better deal anywhere. Seriously. It's a 2016 Ford F-150 XLT super crew 4x4 for at least $7,000 less than you would get at any other dealer. This truck is literally like brand new. I called at 4:10 pm on Friday. I spoke with Daniel Collins the sales manager. I told him I wanted this truck, I was coming in to buy it, and I didn't want it to take long. I arrived at 4:40pm and was greeted by name by salesman Andrew Talsky. He started the finance process immediately. While that was going on we test drove the truck. Andrew was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had as if it were his own truck. When we got back he introduced us to Frank Bradley who handled the financing he was extremely proficient and explained every piece of paper we signed. I was given the keys to my new truck at 5:45pm and was not late for our dinner reservations at 6. I feel confident we made the right choice by going to Auto Max Ocala. We are going to by a Tahoe in a few months and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. By the way, they have a nice play area for small children.

I was contemplating buying a different vehicle and Mike was the man..he was patient kind and humble and made the car buying experience what it should be..not what it usually is. I was able to pick what I was interested in, think about it and make the decisions on my own..Thank you Mike Fernland, I will always purchase my vehicles from you!

Overall had a great experience at AutoMax Ocala. My mom has purchased several vehicles from there and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is searching for a new/used car. I left with exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with.
