Bought a pick-up truck there a couple of years ago, never had any issues with and was looking for a car for wife, prior to trading it in she was rear-ended and there went any trade in value. Ernesto was the sales person I dealt with he went above and beyond the expectation of a sales person. The trade was not even looked at by adjuster yet Ernesto not only a motivated sales person but recognizes the importance of costumer service taken are trade in the next day to have looked at for estimate on repairs. Ernesto is a asset to the automax family displaying professionalism, integrity, and attention to costumer detail.

We went in with the idea of selling my wife's car outright but while there, a 2013 Dodge Durango caught my eye. When we asked about it, Joel Tomlinson came over to talk to us about it. Because of Joel's knowledge of the Durango, we also decided to trade in my car (hadn't brought it in - wasn't going to sell it, but got a fair offer for it as well.) The Durango had less than 13K miles on it and it was in pristine condition. Joel was extremely knowledgeable of the car, knew all of the features and spent quite some time going over it with us. I have to say, that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and that's after buying all "new" cars previously. There was no high pressure or hard-balling and Joel was able to spend the time necessary to put together a deal that we were looking for. The trade in and finance process were very easy also. We all went home with the Durango, and Joel drove my car back to Automax.

my over all experience with Auto Max was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. I always dread going to buy a car because of the high pressure and the games I feel they play. I always spend hours of my time that I don't have at the dealership and that was NOT the case this time. Joel was very patient with the several vehicles I test drove and after I decided on the one I wanted the processes was so quick and easy I could not believe it. Best experience thus far I have had buying a car.

He made sure we got the payment we wanted at the lowest price possible abd worked with us for awhile making sure we were completely satisfied, my first time finanacing and he made it very easy and hastle free. He name was Joel. I bought a 2011 hyundai sonata 2.0t. I would recamend anyone go to Joel, very great personality to work with, and makes sure you get exacty what you want.
