Tony Muller and crew are the greatest!!! Auto Haus had been highly recommended by a friend and he did not steer me wrong. I am sure we will do more business in the future

We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer. The cars are low mileage and reliable. The problem is that when you purchase a warranty the product they offer is poor and the company uses any excuse not to pay for covered services. while there is a Government mandated coverage of emissions and restraints for 8 years on all vehicles, the company they use for extended warranty refused to cover for a luxury mechanical feature that moves the seatbelt forward allowing the driver or passenger to reach the seatbelt. Apparently, this is a typical bait and switch technique that non reputable companise use not to pay for repairs. Autohaus uses this company but tells the client that everything is covered. Additionally, Autohaus "upcharged " us 27% from what we were able to buy online from a reputable company. Furthermore, when we cancelled the warranty that we bought, Autohaus's Sales Manager/Business Manager, Dale Mang, refused to refund us the money we paid to them for the warranty until they got they got their money back. Fortunately, American Express once they heard what happened, immediately refunded our money. On the plus side, there are good sales, people and we are truly grateful to Rory Sampson. he was professional and courteous.

They went out of their way to help me. Rory Samson & Preston Williams were super. They were 1 hour away but worth the trip. I would go back.

This was our second purchase from Autohaus of Yorktown. Our recent purchase had a scratch that wasn’t noticed until the day of pick up. Tony and Austin assured me that it would be taken care of in their body shop. True to there word, everything was perfect. Thanks guys.

Amazing car buying experience. I live on the southside and didn't want to, make a pointless hour drive each way. Chai set up a test drive for Saturday when I was able to make the trip. They even had my financing options ready for me before I took the trip, got me a great rate as well. I will definitely make AutoHaus my first option when buying a vehicle in the future.

I was in the market for a MINI Clubman S to replace my wife's recently totaled MINI. I found a model on the Auto Haus website that was very close to the car my wife had, so I contacted Chai at Auto Haus regarding the model they had in stock. As I was very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle over the Internet, Chai made the entire transaction as easy and painless as possible. Auto Haus was able to accommodate my requests without any hesitation. When we flew in to pick up the car we were met at the airport and driven to the dealer to complete the purchase. Everything was great, and everyone did a fantastic job. I would have no qualms about doing business with Auto Haus and Chai again. I would highly recommend Auto Haus if you are in the market for an automobile.

Chai was laid back and quite easy to deal with. He Let us test drive the Beamer we purchased plus put dealer tags on a super sweet LR 4 that I wanted to look at for fun! If I'm shopping for a European car in the future I will definitely return to Auto Haus.

I contacted Auto Haus in Yorktown & I consulted with Chai in reference to a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 Coupe. Chai was very professional throughout the whole car buying process, explaining and showing every detail and aspect of the vehicle. Whether it was car history or car detail Chai was very knowledageable and open about everything. Once it came to the Finance Manager Diana helped secure a great interest rate also explaining every single aspect and warranties I could purchase extra for the vehicle. After valuing my car sight unseen to trade on a car they had in stock I drove over two thousand miles hoping for the best and no surprises. But I got a surprise.
