We had a great experience purchasing a used Nissan Frontier from George. The entire process was smooth, timely, and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The owner comes out to meet us and introduce us to Paul who overseers service. Had a few questions within a week and got immediate responses from Paul. What was most refreshing was how genuine and easy the process was. No haggling, no sales pitch. Just a nice family oriented business. Will definitely purchase here again.

0 Stars, terrible post purchase experience Purchased my first car entirely under my own name at 19 and traded in my perfectly working car I bought off family for a used Subaru from them and roughly a month later the engine has catastrophic failure. Spun rod bearings due to poor lubrication on top of several other items such as rusted out coolant lines and a frayed timing belt, all of which could have been avoided if they had noted any of wear prior. Traded in a perfectly functional vehicle only to be left without a car for months while they sent it to a separate dealer for repairs. Purchased a complete power train warranty and due to the extent of the damages. The warranty will only cover a portion leaving me with several thousands of dollars in repairs after not even 1,200 miles and a month worth of use. Waiting to hear back from them for months on if they would at least help with the bill (not even pay it in full), only for them to claim that there was nothing they could do and I would have to find another way to pay for even after just purchasing the car from them. Just like every other sleezy dealer, they are only in it to maximize profit margins and to get rid of a car that, quote from the finance manager, "couldn't believe they ever sold to a customer, and should've auctioned." Don't believe everything you see, when push comes to shove they will save a couple bucks to cover themselves

Mr. Fuller purchased a 13 year old Subaru WRX STI 6-speed with 123,000 miles. He also added a CareGuard Warranty with the purchase. Before vehicles are put for sale on our lot, they undergo a thorough safety/mechanical inspection. Our technicians repair and inspect any known concerns to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, after a little over a month of driving, there was engine failure. Luckily, the CareGuard warranty went to work. We explained to Mr. Fuller that CareGuard went into the engine to look inside and they found that the oil was golden and no sludge of any kind was evident. There is no way of knowing if an engine is going to fail, and that's why we recommend protecting every used vehicle purchase with a service contract. We were always pleasant with Mr. Fuller, giving him an accurate explanation of what Careguard was responsible to pay out on his claim, ( A used engine with approximately the same miles 100k) CareGuard was willing to pay the FULL amount for a similar engine for Mr. Fuller's Subaru. Only a small deductible required. Mr. Fuller was not satisfied and wanted a brand new engine. We stepped up and helped Mr. Fuller to get Careguard to pay $13,500 towards a brand new engine when their protocol was to pay for only a used engine. Then he requested we pay the difference on $5,000. We explained that is not how this works. We did everything we could to help Mr. Fuller deal with these issues.

Great dealership and great people. Made the purchase of a brand new car for my mother’s. Met our price and drove the car home the same day. The entire staff was great. Highly recommend this dealership.

Brian Doherty did a great job handling the recent sale of
Brian Doherty did a great job handling the recent sale of my Outlander. He went above and beyond and went the extra mile literally for me, and I am so appreciative. I could not make it to the dealership to get the current promotion which was ending, due to a medical issue, and Brian brought the car that I was interested in to my home. He has excellent knowledge of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. I truly felt like Brian had my best interests in mind. He is a true professional, and I never felt any pressure in making the decision to buy a car from him. It was a pleasure working with Brian. I highly recommend Brian and Michaud Mitsubishi to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

Bought a used car.
Bought a used car. They said they put it through a safety inspection. It had problems. They attempted to fix it six times. Agreed that it met the definition of a Lemon Law buy back, but refused to buy it back and said to go ahead and file a lemon claim as they have "lots of experience" with lemon law claims. Seven months later, when I brought it in for service, another dealership advised me to get out of the car as soon as possible. Issues include (again, they said they put it through a safety inspection): oil pan leak, separating struts, corroded brakes, seized calipers, corroded subframe, compromised serpentine belt, water pump pulley, side marker lenses not working, engine ground strap frayed and separating, suspension coils corroded, bumper held on by zip ties, corroded clutch slave cylinder. I informed Michaud of these findings. They asked to see the report. I sent it to them. They did not respond. I pinged them days later for their thoughts. Still no response.

This response is preposterous. I reached out, reached out and reached out. I was stonewalled by the store manager every time. For you to respond and say reach out so that we can speak directly is a slap in the face after the number of emails that went unanswered and absurd phone calls. Feel free to reach out to me. You have my number. This has been a seven-month ordeal of trying to "speak directly," and you would not "love to address my concerns in detail" as you would have already if you were serious. This is boilerplate bad review response language that looks appeasing to other readers browsing these but is an insult to the customer that you treated this way.

Official dealer may sell you a lemon car (used car but tell you this is a new one) Stay away from Mitsubishi cars. Back in 2016, I purchased a new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. In August of 2022, I called the Mitsubishi customer service office to see if the warranty could cover the repairs needed for the car. The operator told me that the car was registered as a used car. JA4AZ3A33GZ044353 There was a cases opened (#02625302 and #469952) in USA Mitsubishi motors customer service.

George is a salesperson who is not focused on selling you
George is a salesperson who is not focused on selling you a vehicle just to make money. Instead, he is focused on selling you not the car you want, but the one you truly deserve. I believe that in the state of Massachusetts, they need more salespeople like him. He is the MJ of car salespeople.
