We recently purchased a 2022 Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi. We were impressed by how welcoming everyone was at the no pressure dealership. We had the pleasure of working with Zack. He was very informative, professional and easy to work with He kept us updated every step of the way and even checked recently to see if we had any questions or concerns. Dealing with Michaud Mitsubishi was stress free and easy. We were greeted by Zack when we arrived and he ended up being our sales person. They had a lot of selection to look at and the color availability was a bonus! I had an idea of what I wanted when I went, so I was able to pick fast, but I didn’t feel rushed or harassed to pick a car, color or style. They help you feel like you’re customizing and picking features your new car! Test driving was quick and convenient. Their location is on 114, so you have a lot of options of side streets and parking lots to test out features. Be careful pulling out onto 114! The financing process was as easy as can be expected. We really enjoyed the conversation with the finance guy and didn’t feel pressured to purchase unnecessary stuff. Michaud Mitsubishi handles all of the paperwork/legwork for registration etc. Taking the car and switching plates off of my old one took minutes. After a few days, my new reg came in and I was able to get it inspected just as quickly and easily. I’m now the happy owner of a new Outlander and have people ask me about it daily!! I can’t say enough about how amazing this dealership is. You will not encounter pushy salespeople or numbers games. These people are honest and work hard to earn the trust of their customers. The owner of the company even took the time to shake my hand and thank me for doing business with them. From the sales department to the finance department, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. They are always available to answer your questions and are very professional and friendly. I just purchased my third vehicle from Michaud and I am a happy customer!

The day before visiting Michaud Mitsubishi I had a horrible experience at another dealership (not affiliated with Mitsubishi). Where I was told to discuss the financing with my husband as they did not take my negotiations seriously. My sister-in-law just purchased a 2022 Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi and had previously purchased other vehicles from George Kastrinakis. I can now see why she visits George when she is ready to purchase a new vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the different Mitsubishi vehicles that they offer. I originally went there to test drive the 2022 Outlander Sport and George also advised they they just received a limited amount of 2023 Eclipse Cross. I test drove the outlander sport and when we returned to the dealership George got me the keys to the 2023 Eclipse Cross and also advised that the price difference was still in my favor. When I got into the 2023 Eclipse Cross I knew if I could get the pricing where I was comfortable this would be the car! George was very helpful and showed me the pricing for both 2022 outlander sport and the 2033 eclipse cross. They negotiated my trade where I needed it to be to make me comfortable with buying the 2023 eclipse cross. I then sat with Bill and we did all the financing and he was also very knowledgeable and straight forward. I was pre-approved by capital one and Michaud Mitsubishi? being a capital one dealer was also a plus! I purchased the 10 year warranty to protect my investment and with Bills help the numbers again, worked to where I was comfortable. This was my first new car purchase on my own with no help. For me this purchase was an accomplishment and gift to myself for all the hard work, long hours and savings over the last 2 years. Having a really bad experience the day before at a different non Mitsubishi dealership where I was not treated fairly or taken seriously was disappointing. When I met George I knew it was going to be a completely different experience he was so nice and understanding. Listened to what I was saying because for me it was about the numbers everything else that comes with the car are benefits but being in the finance industry numbers are the key factor for me. I will recommend this dealership whenever I can and if I require a new vehicle in the future for either myself or my family members we will be visiting Michaud Mitsubishi and if they are smart they will keep George on as long as they can he is definitely an asset to their company! Just purchased my second car with Michaud Mitsubishi, will never go anywhere else. Zach Michaud goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure we are satisfied. Any concerns I had or ever have they address immediately. Zach made the process so easy and stress free. Went in to look at options and drove away with my new car the same day. From working with Bill in finance, to my salesman Zach to the service department, I can’t say one negative thing about any of my experiences at Michaud. Myself and my wife was impressed with how supportive, understanding and a person that have everything to help mindset Zack was. We had issues with getting the right amount and better interest on the financing but he went out of the box and made it happen for us.
