Great place to buy a car !!
I had a great experience purchasing my "new to me" car with Michaud. There was no pressure. While I was there I noticed there were quite a few people purchasing cars so it me feel very comfortable buying my car there. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Michaud.

I found the customer service to be very easy to work with. They put me in a brand new car with payments I can live with. They were instrumental in teaching me all about the new car and how it worked. I found this to be very helpful.

Easy a Pie
I have leased 2 and purchased 1 car from this dealership. It is by far one of the easiest dealerships with which to deal. The experience is without games and pressure. As with any dealership there will be negotiations and they have always been reasonable in these. I've had many painful experiences with dealerships in my 38 years of driving (I'm 54 for those bad at math) but none as pain free as Michaud. The owner is always visible, available, friendly and professional. The salesman who helped during my recent (1/29/2016) purchase was Jim Murphy and he was great - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I highly recommend this dealership.

Where customers are like family
We have purchased many cars from Michaud Mitsubishi and every time we go there the experience gets better. Jim Murphy is an excellent salesman because he wants you to be happy and satisfied with the car of your choosing. He's extremely easy to communicate with and he has always led us in the right direction.

I was presented with a friendly enviroment.
The dealership was not hard to find and they were helpful. When I went to pick up the car that I purchased, they could not find the spare keys. About four day later, they mailed the keys to me without any trouble. They were responsive when I had questions.

Ridiculous service
Brought my car in for over heating issue.....told me I just needed to flush my car and it was "all good"....2 weeks later the car having the same issue again.....then they go on to say I have to wait to bring it back in and I have to pay again. The problem was never fixed...and they dare ask me for more money on a problem they never fixed the 1st time. I'm a Dailey driver with a baby in the car. The car they were working on is a 2001 eclipse...there own car brand. I feel robbed and not taken care of properly. Now I'm stuck with an overheating car and cant go about my business.

i dont have one bad word about Michaud. they made my experience they best ever. they were super friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond my expectations trying to get me in the vehicle i needed. in the end they sold me the car below asking price and gave me a great deal on my trade in. super happy customer here.
