Friendly, helped me find a great deal, David Moretti was on top of everything - even came in on his day off to check that things were going OK. I would highly recommend him. Kelly was also helpful and friendly. We had a 1:45 appointment with the bookkeeper - or finance person that we signed papers with. We had to wait almost an hour to see her. It took less then 1 hour from start to finish. Anticipated almost all my questions and had the answers I wanted to hear. Courtesy, service, friendliness and knowledge was outstanding. This included everyone in the dealership from owner, sales and service dept. All car dealers say they want you to feel like family but I have to admit this dealership went way above to accomplish that feeling. I felt they were there to help solve my problem of buying a new car with absolutely know pressure.This may sound corny but it was actually fun.

I had a very pleasant and easy experience buying a car here. Sales people were extremely personable. I was greeted immediately and I told them what cars I had seen on Cars.com that I was interested in. They pulled the cars up and offered me a test drive on the one I was interested in. Showed us the Car-fax without even having to ask. I loved the car and Joe wrapped up the sale for us. There were a few things we wanted fixed on the car before I took it home and they had no problem meeting our request. I brought my cashiers check a few days later and insurance, registration and the repairs were all taken care of. It seemed almost too easy! I will definitely recommend Michaud Mitsubishi to my friends and family!

I brought in my son, who is just building credit. Zach and I communicated ahead of time on the needs he had. He set us up with Louis. I was a little skeptical, because this is a family owed business, so I wasn't convinced they could get him financing. They did. They helped us find a car that would work....and a nice one......crunched numbers, and came up with something that would work for all of us. He drove away in his new vehicle. They even threw in a rose for me!!!!

I can honestly say that I would recommend Michaud Mitsubishi and their sales consultant Joe Lafratta to anyone and everyone.. Including my own family because that is what I've already done. I was so satisfied with my own experience that I brought my uncle and cousin in when they were looking for her first car. They're experience went just as well as mine and I couldn't be happier for choosing to bring them in to see Joe Lafratta the second they brought up looking for a used car. Job well done as always Joe!

From the minute I walked in until I left an hour later with my new car the whole experience was great. Joe LaFratta was my salesman and he got me exactly what I was looking for. He did not high pressure me just asked all kinds of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and could afford. I left there with the idea that I will tell everyone of my friends to go there. I would not go anyplace else.

This is my second car from Michaud Mitsubishi and by far, the best experience I've had with a dealership. Brian has been nothing short of amazing in helping me find the exact car I wanted, in the color I wanted. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and answered any questions I had, whenever I had them. He made the experience enjoyable and fun, which let's face it, sometimes never is when trying to buy a car. My daughter and I came in and purchased a vehicle. My daughter was surprised on how easy the process was and that we weren't there for hours upon hours like some dealerships. The best was Brian was able to get her into something affordable being a first time car owner! She loves her Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! Thank you Brian for all your help!
