I can not say enough about my sales person Joe LaFratta. I was looking for a very specific car and wanted to pay a specific price. Joe found the perfect car for me and my family and I paid exactly what I wanted to. He answered every question I had and made my experience relaxed and care free ( unlike most car salesmen ). I have recommended Joe LaFratta to all of my friends and family and will never buy a car from anyone else!! Thank you Joe, your the best!!

3 prizes available; $25,000, Disney vacation, or "$300 worth of gold coins". They send out a flyer with a simulation key fob that lights up with a number, that has to match the scratch off location. They match, we call and go drive to the dealership. After a half-hearted attempt to peddle cars. We were given a Sacajawea dollar and a one dollar scratch(a loser) and told that was the prize. Not listed anywhere! If you want to give your money to these scam artists go for it!

I came in just to look around because my credit is poor and did not think i could get financed. I was greeted by Joe LaFratta who answered all my questions and was not once pushy or untruthful. Long story short, to my complete surprise I drove away in my 2013 Ford Focus about 45 min later with a warranty and a payment I can afford. Brian Doherty was very helpful without being pushy. He explained all of our options and then worked out a great deal for us. He was courteous with great customer service.. Would shop with Mitsubishi again. The owners and complete crew are great to work with.
