My son was looking for his first car and Al B in sales and Brian in finance went above and beyond to get my son the best deal on a great car. I would recommend Michaud to anyone looking for a dealership that actually puts the customer first.

I went to Michaud Mitsubishi with the hopes of purchasing a used vehicle, knowing that my credit situation left a lot to be desired, and not fully confident that I would be approved for anything. Not only did I walk out with an amazing brand new car, it was very well priced and during the whole experience I felt comforted and reassured by the entire staff. I cannot properly put into words how happy I am that I went to Michaud Mitsubishi. Everyone there is professional, knowledgable, and extremely personable. They have most certainly raised the bar in what it means to purchase a vehicle. Since buying my car, I have told everyone that will listen how amazing they are. I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was and I hope more people get to see this first hand. These guys are awesome!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I had almost given up on car shopping all together after being told it would not work out with three other dealerships. I had received a notice in the mail from Michaud Mitsubishi and decided to give it one last shot. I visited their website and saw that they had the exact car I was looking for a white Mazda 3. Upon my visit to the dealership, I met salesman Steve Bausemer. He was very friendly and welcoming. He ran some numbers and told me he had 90 percent certainty that I would be driving home in the car I wanted. I was very skeptical at first after being told the same from other dealers only to have the end result not work out in my favor. A couple days went by and I got the good news that I was approved. The payments were still a bit high and I would need a cosigner but I was still pleased with the end result. Little did I know I was in store for better news. During my second visit to Michaud, I was greeted by Finance director Brian Philo who told me that he was able to get me a great deal on payments and even managed to make me the sole owner of the car. I was beyond surprised. He also got me a low interest rate and a great deal on insurance. I cant speak highly enough about this dealership. In the past, I have always frowned upon the methods that most car dealerships use when someone is looking for a car. The process usually includes test driving a car first without even seeing what you qualify for. I would always be set up for disappointment, fall in love with a car and then be told sorry its not going to happen. The employees at Michaud were always very straightforward and willing to help me out in whatever way they could. I am very appreciative for all of their hard work in getting me my car. My fiance' & I went in to see if we could do a trade. We weren't expecting anything good. We actually thought we'd get turned down. We both have issues with our credit. So when Michael Simon & Brian Philo were able to make something work for us we were shocked and amazed. This dealership works very hard to help you out regardless of your financial situation. Dealing with Michael was great. I didn't feel pressured or bad about my financial status. He made us feel like anyone else and never let us think it was impossible. Brian worked all kinds of magic in making a deal work for us. He found a way to allow us to get a car and to help us build our credit. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I did. I sent my mom in to trade in her car and she also has credit issues. They were able to work a deal that day. Lastly, the owner Kevin Michaud was a very nice man he came out to great all of us and my mom and I both got roses. He made us feel very welcome and part of the "family" so to speak.

Michael Simon was amazing. He was so kind and caring and understanding. Michaud Mitsubishi is fortunate to have such a wonderful person working for them..I went in for a oil change on my 2011 Outlander Sport and ended up buying a 2013 Outlander Sport because of Michael. It's been at least 8 years since we've gone though buying a car. I've always thought it was a nightmare, all day long thing. Not this time everything went so GREAT and SMOOTHLY. I would recommend this place to everyone. So HAPPY with my car. Everyone was so pleasant and super fast service. Brought my car home with in a couple of hours of picking it out :)

My experience in buying a new Mitsubishi was great. Kevin the owner was very personable and ready to help in anyway. That is a great quality to have at the top! The rest of the team answered all my questions and helped in any way they could. I do highly reccomend Mitsubishi!!!

I purchased a new "Gallant" from Michaud Mitsubishi last week; both the salesman and the owner did a great job of assisting me get the right car that I was looking for at the right price. They got to their/the best price right away and were very up-front, fair & honest with me. I am very happy with the car that I purchased here. It really was a pleasant experience dealing with this dealership - with both Kevin and Mike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

We are greatful to have met Mike as "our car guy" he did not treat us as a regular sales person who is only in it for the comission. He treated us as a family man who is really aware of our needs and made us feel comfortable. He made sure we left with a car that has been great for our family. We had no credit and between Mike and the great job of Brian from the finance dept. we definetly got our great deal. Not only did we get the Galant but 9 months after we got a second car a Mazda CX7 we received the same attention and I can assure you that this dealer went out of its way to make sure we obtained what we needed.
