Car purchase

Ask for Francis Karoma, he is a great sales person. I bought Chrysler Pacifica with him. Good service and price. Everything went well and I was out in a relatively short time

2017 Ram 2500 Purchase

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my new truck. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were also able to give me some insight to the history of the vehicle. The only downside to the whole experience was the time I had to spend on the phone while at the dealership to obtain insurance for the new vehicle. In the past, my other dealerships have done this for me.

Extremely impressive experience from the moment I started perusing online. First rate customer service. Salesman Jamari Royster was intuitive , transparent and upfront. You want to request him as your salesman!! Manager Jeremiah Jones was thorough and professional from the moment I walked in the door. Easygoing environment minimized all stress in buying a car. Straightforward no pressure

Earnest was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly and did not pressure or try to persuade us to make a decision we were not comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Eastern’s Automotive in the future.

Clueless about everything!

Went there yesterday in search of a used 3 series BMW. I had seen 2 online and called about going to see them. They transferred the cars to my nearest location which was Laurel. I appreciated that. I was assigned a salesperson who told me it was his first day, didn't know about BMWS because he worked for Jeep and he sat there during my test drive texting and was unable to answer any questions. H was very nice, but not helpful even one bit. I thought maybe he was just the warm body for a test drive.....Once we arrived back and it was clear that I liked the car and sat down at the desk to talk details, no one seemed interested in making any effort whatsoever to talk specifics or sell me the car. The guy who test drove it with me really didn't say too much other than that he didn't have any negotiating authority. They printed out an invoice telling me the price and some random fees and that was it. No financing talk. No "how can we sell you this" even though it was clear that I really wanted to buy the car. Manager (I think) came over and wasn't at all motivated in his sales approach either. He said basically the price is the price. (really? it's a used car lot) He offered to sell me the warranty "at cost" and I said I would keep shopping around because there was the SAME CAR at CarMax with a better warranty, but that I was definitely buying a BMW (hint hint, let's negotiate). I left and didn't hear another word from them. I would rate this as a stereotypical used car lot. No wining and dining their customers at all. But then again no one tried to pressure me either. It was sort of like they just worked on salary with no commission since there wasn't any incentive to actually selling cars. Really disappointing because I was ready to buy. Ended up at a dealership a few hours later and went in a different direction but I ultimately bought a car! I think BMW would be disappointed that this is how a BMW car was being sold.
