Set up an apt to test drive a car at the Laurel location that I had been searching for for weeks. After making the apt a week in advance and confirming more than once, the car was not there when I arrived and I had to wait almost an hour for it to arrive to Laurel. I expected the Salesman to be more knowledgeable about the vehicle. I put a deposit on the vehicle and was promised that the interior would be “re-detailed”, the tire pressure would be correct and I would have a full tank of gas. None of those things happened when I came to pick it up a few days later. They did replace a bulb and gave me floormats, but they’re meant for a different car. I was really excited to find the exact car I was searching for but I was disappointed with the overall experience. It was slow and I felt like some of the employees were not completely honest at times. Getting the final price of the car took 30+ minutes, and the employees always came up with excuses for delays. I had an issue with the vehicle the day of, but luckily it was resolved. Salesman was friendly but did not deliver on all of his promises.
