Came into Eastern Mortors on route one in Maryland today and I had a great Buyers experience with Francis Koroma the sales guy and the finance team.

They provided efficient, friendly and good service. Buying a car can take a long time but we were in and out in a reasonable time.

I was nervous to spend the day at the dealership given past experience, however, we walked in and met Shawn and were immediately at ease. He took care of everything and it was no hassle. We ended up leaving with 2 cars and the process couldn’t have been easier!! Highly recommended!!

By far the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Sat down did paperwork before choosing vehicle and it made everything so much better. Able to get a vehicle we wanted and could afford rather than trying to choose a vehicle before we knew the finance situation. I will use Shawn and this dealership again.

We came in to Easterns for a specific truck that we found online, so we didn't have to do much in terms of shopping. After spending some time outside we were honestly ready to get back into our car and check out some of the other trucks on our list, until Darius came outside and asked if we needed help with anything. He wasn't at all pushy, and in fact answered all of our questions and seemed to be a quite knowledgeable young man. There was none of the usual salesperson-pressure that I loathe, which made the decision to purchase with Eastern's quite easy. We did shop around a bit afterwards, just for comparison, but we were pretty set on heading back to Easterns to get the original truck we wanted, and to complete the sale with Darius. The entire process took a lot longer than we expected, as we had already secured pre-approval with our bank and assumed the financing paperwork wouldn't take very long; but, Darius was as accommodating and pleasant as could be. The financing process in and of itself was not pleasant, and we were not happy with the amount of credit checks that were done (there was a total of 6 hard credit inquiries on my credit report, which I was not happy about, so do be aware of that if your credit rating matters to you.) But, we did get a better financing rate than we came in with, and once all was said and done, we were happy with the deal that we received, and the service from Darius was top notch! Will we purchase another car at Eastern's again? Maybe... but we would gladly follow Darius wherever he ended up. I give him two thumbs up on sales/executing the sale, and we are happy with our purchase.
