Went to Jeff Schmitt today and had Austin Beaver as out Sales Rep, experience could not have been better. Spent many years in the Automotive industry from Dealership Sales to Service. He knocked it out of the park, no games, no pitches, will be back to Jeff Schmitt again because of the experience with Austin. The experience could not have been more pleasurable. I worked with Chris Cordray and Matt Salyers for a new Miata. There was absolutely no pressure for up-selling. They explained what they had, gave me the brochures, which I brought home after the sale to research. Would definitely consider working with them again.

Austin was our sales consultant; he was truly amazing

Austin was our sales consultant; he was truly amazing from the start very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the best car buying experience we have had and grateful he was our salesperson. Brent was a great a salesperson.

Brent was a great a salesperson. He was very patient and respectful and took us through the process well. The finance process was painless -- Matt was very easy to work with.

I only deal with Jeff Schmitt Mazda for my vehicles and maintenance. We always get the best service, respect and communications. Today I traded my 2021 CX5 for a 2025 CX5 seamlessly. I needed 2 features especially, but with the car suggestion from the sales staff, I now have more than I knew possible, all within the price range that works for us! We really appreciate how they have gone above and beyond the "normal" sales.
