Josh is awesome!

Great experience, slightly long wait time to get approved but Josh was very apologetic and made sure we were comfortable. He made the process easy and explained everything throughly. He also managed to get around my dads antics haha.

Lied and deceived from the beginning,

Too many issues to list!!!. Used to love this place but my last experience was my last. Will never buy here again!!!

Service after Sale

Got a flat tire yesterday on mu brand new car. Two very nice Samaritans changed it. So I made it to my infusion. From there I called my salesman, Abel Gallagher. Bless his heart, he set everything up for me to bring my car in right after left the doctor's office. Jeff Schmitt Mazda took good care of us both and I was headed back home in less than 45 minutes. You hear so many bad stories about dealers, I just wanted to give them a real shout out!

New Mazda 3 Purchase 2023

This is my 4th Mazda; second with Jeff Schmitt and this dealership is by far the most customer oriented. Max and Karma made the entire process fun and enjoyable. The first Mazda I purchased last year was an upgrade to a turbo (in the same car style) while I was getting a nail in the tire removed. Yesterday I traded that turbo in for another turbo that better fit in my garage! Please keep me out of the new car lobby. I can't help myself! I obviously cannot be trusted!

Disappointed

Overall, I've had good experiences with my purchase and service. However, I have to call them out for a recent service where I was quoted $600+ for new parts and labor on an issue that I solved with a $15 Mazda part and a 3 minute video on Youtube. Took me 15 minutes...problem fixed. Something their service could have done...with parts that I ordered from Mazda...and solved the problem. I will continue to be very cautious with what I'm told going forward. Disappointed.
