New Mazda 3 Purchase 2023

This is my 4th Mazda; second with Jeff Schmitt and this dealership is by far the most customer oriented. Max and Karma made the entire process fun and enjoyable. The first Mazda I purchased last year was an upgrade to a turbo (in the same car style) while I was getting a nail in the tire removed. Yesterday I traded that turbo in for another turbo that better fit in my garage! Please keep me out of the new car lobby. I can't help myself! I obviously cannot be trusted!

New Cx5

Disappointed

Overall, I've had good experiences with my purchase and service. However, I have to call them out for a recent service where I was quoted $600+ for new parts and labor on an issue that I solved with a $15 Mazda part and a 3 minute video on Youtube. Took me 15 minutes...problem fixed. Something their service could have done...with parts that I ordered from Mazda...and solved the problem. I will continue to be very cautious with what I'm told going forward. Disappointed.

We just bought our 3rd car from this dealership in a year. It is because they have a great product and Abel in Sales and Karma in finance dept are incredible. Easy to work with, personable. When you meet them it is like you walked into a friend's home. Recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a car. 110% happy.
