After visiting two other dealerships and NOT being

After visiting two other dealerships and NOT being impressed whatsoever, we stopped by Jeff Schmitt Mazda in Beavercreek, Ohio. Abel our sales manager was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It was truly unbelievable how this dealership had it running perfect on all cylinders. 100% satisfied.

Abel sold us our used vehicle.

Abel sold us our used vehicle. It had some scratches, we asked him to touch the area up, he said ok. We signed the papers, left the car with him (he gave us a loaner for the rime for the touch up) and 3 days later he called that it was ready. We went and got it. It looked like a new vehicle. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I have leased vehicles through this Mazda dealership for the last 5 years and have overall been pleased with their service. Dealing with the car dealership tends to go both ways, but at the end of the day having someone make you feel as though your concerns are their own demonstrates true customer service!

We typically never post reviews on line. However...my wife and I had a exceptional experience shopping for a new car at Jeff Schmitt Mazda and in particular working with Matthew Mick. We explained to Matt what our specific needs were and that early in the process we just wanted to better understand what Mazda had to offer versus actually driving a car. We visited other dealerships who were given the same message. Some were OK, and others barely tolerated us. When we went back to JSM, Matt expressed his willingness to continue to work with us and do his best to meet our specific needs. No high pressure sales tactics were ever used by Matt nor anyone else at the dealership. We ultimately purchased a new CX-5 and couldn't be happier with the entire process. First class all the way. This is the way a dealership and the purchase process should work.

Doesn?t get much better - sales experience

Great experience working with Abel on the sales floor at the Beavercreek Mazda store. Very accommodating to what my wife was looking for. He guided her to make the decision on which model to purchase and didn?t try to make it for her. The process after that went quickly and without stress. Thanks to Abel and the Jeff Schmitt team!

My Shopping Experiene at Jeff Schmitt Mazda

The sales person that met me at the door was Matthew Mick, who was extremely helpful and courteous. I had never driven a Mazda and found during a test drive of a used, clean and Certified Pre-Owned CX-50 turned out to be a beautiful ride. Matthew answered every question I had with complete honesty and knowledge. HE made the car buying experience a real pleasure! As a result, I purchased that vehicle the same evening. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda vehicle, I would highly recommend calling Mathew and make an appointment. You WILL NOT be disappointed with him or the service you will receive! My next vehicle will be purchased through Matthew and Jeff Schmitt Auto Group.
