Even though the whole process took almost 6.5 hours everyone was pleasant and apologized several times for the long wait however it was a very busy evening and was not anyone fault. I was offered to take the car and come back the next day however that was an option for me at the time. Abel sold us our used vehicle. It had some scratches, we asked him to touch the area up, he said ok. We signed the papers, left the car with him (he gave us a loaner for the rime for the touch up) and 3 days later he called that it was ready. We went and got it. It looked like a new vehicle. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
