Brent was a great a salesperson.

Brent was a great a salesperson. He was very patient and respectful and took us through the process well. The finance process was painless -- Matt was very easy to work with.

I only deal with Jeff Schmitt Mazda for my vehicles and maintenance. We always get the best service, respect and communications. Today I traded my 2021 CX5 for a 2025 CX5 seamlessly. I needed 2 features especially, but with the car suggestion from the sales staff, I now have more than I knew possible, all within the price range that works for us! We really appreciate how they have gone above and beyond the "normal" sales.

Even though the whole process took almost 6.

Even though the whole process took almost 6.5 hours everyone was pleasant and apologized several times for the long wait however it was a very busy evening and was not anyone fault. I was offered to take the car and come back the next day however that was an option for me at the time. This was the 5th time I purchased a vehicle through Jeff Schmitt and have had many services done on my previous cars and have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. The sales rep, the manager and the finance person were awesome.

After visiting two other dealerships and NOT being impressed whatsoever, we stopped by Jeff Schmitt Mazda in Beavercreek, Ohio. Abel our sales manager was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It was truly unbelievable how this dealership had it running perfect on all cylinders. 100% satisfied.

Abel sold us our used vehicle.

Abel sold us our used vehicle. It had some scratches, we asked him to touch the area up, he said ok. We signed the papers, left the car with him (he gave us a loaner for the rime for the touch up) and 3 days later he called that it was ready. We went and got it. It looked like a new vehicle. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
