Everything went fine until I sat and waited for almost an hour to talk to a finance guy. I wasn't financing so I had no idea why I had to see him. I was facing a three hour drive back home and I wanted to get back before dark. I was assigned to a girl named Maddie who had just started working there. She tried hard but since she was unfamiliar with everything she had to ask other employs about everything. Since I wasn't trading in a car and since I was paying cash there is no reason to take hours to do the transaction !!!!

Buying Experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda
My wife and I had a great and easy car buying experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda in Beavercreek, OH. The salesman, Ethan, was very knowledgeable on the various model & trims. He was also very fun to be around and made the buying experience very stress-free. Karma in financing was great too. She was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would rate both Ethan and Karma as a 10 on a 10-point scale. They were wonderful people to work with ? Jeff Schmitt Mazda is blessed to have both of them. Also, the manager, Bob, came out and greeted us and later conversated with us as if he had known us forever. If I had to rate my buying experience with Jeff Schmitt Mazda, it would be an A+. Check them out if you are in the market for a car.

Josh is awesome!
Great experience, slightly long wait time to get approved but Josh was very apologetic and made sure we were comfortable. He made the process easy and explained everything throughly. He also managed to get around my dads antics haha.
