Mazda CX5 Purchase with ETHAN MACK

Ethan did an amazing job when he was searching for the right car for us. Not only did he find the car but he answered each and every question, adding more amazing details. When we communicated that we were still interested in the vehicle, we made an appointment and he work with us for hours until the deal was closed. If he was my grandson, I'd be proud of this young man for his 'get up and go' attitude..

Great customer service

From the initial contact about getting my new MX-5 through finalizing the purchase, the team at Jeff Schmitt was great. Steve was very communicative throughout and made the buying process so smooth. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Mazda to visit this dealership.

Mazda CX5 Touring 2020

I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 Touring 2020. I had been in an accident in which my previous Mazda was totaled. I entered the dealership and was greeted by Matt, Walking in I felt I was at the right place to purchase my car. Matthew was very nice, professional and knowledgable about Mazda vehicles. He was definitely not pushy which helped the distrust I have had in my car search. Matt walked me through every step of the process, I never felt alone and I appreciate him for that. Everyone from finance to the service department contributed to my awesome experience. Thank you all. I LOVE my Mazda, and will never drive anything else.

Everything went fine until I sat and waited for almost an hour to talk to a finance guy. I wasn't financing so I had no idea why I had to see him. I was facing a three hour drive back home and I wanted to get back before dark. I was assigned to a girl named Maddie who had just started working there. She tried hard but since she was unfamiliar with everything she had to ask other employs about everything. Since I wasn't trading in a car and since I was paying cash there is no reason to take hours to do the transaction !!!!

Buying Experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda

My wife and I had a great and easy car buying experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda in Beavercreek, OH. The salesman, Ethan, was very knowledgeable on the various model & trims. He was also very fun to be around and made the buying experience very stress-free. Karma in financing was great too. She was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would rate both Ethan and Karma as a 10 on a 10-point scale. They were wonderful people to work with ? Jeff Schmitt Mazda is blessed to have both of them. Also, the manager, Bob, came out and greeted us and later conversated with us as if he had known us forever. If I had to rate my buying experience with Jeff Schmitt Mazda, it would be an A+. Check them out if you are in the market for a car.
