I bought a pre owned Jeep Willys in January 2023.

I bought a pre owned Jeep Willys in January 2023. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and competent. The finance department was great to deal with. The service department however was a disaster. I had warranty work to complete and it was nothing but misinformation and lack of communication the entire time. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER 2023! My husband went to get his truck inspected and it turns out that Keller Bros had transferred the WRONG tag to the new Jeep. He has been driving without a valid registration and tag for 7 MONTHS! And naturally they want to claim ignorance about the entire event. The out of pocket for us is over $200 to get this mess cleared up. STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!!

Sales great!

Sales great! Service advisor great! The conversations over heard by office staff unprofessional to put it mildly . Not friendly answer phones. And new people (staff) all the time. It's hard to have confidence when dealing with a manager and weeks later a new one. Not very comfortable with that.

I’ve lived in 4 states and have owned over 30 cars

I’ve lived in 4 states and have owned over 30 cars (muscle car collector) and I can honestly say Keller Bros is the friendliest and most straightforward dealership I’ve ever worked with and purchased from. I drove over 300 miles because they had the vehicle I wanted. I will buy from them again in the future because of the experience. I’ll drive 6 hours each way. What does that say?

Dealt with Bob in sales! He was super pleasant to work with, very attentive and followed up with me when other dealers didn’t. Wonder who got the sale? 😁 also got to meet the Sales Manager Brad who was a super nice guy and very straight forward. Luke in finance was also great! Making sure I got a great rate! Thank you guys so much for making the buying process easy! I’ll see you for my next one also 😁. You guys are awesome!

Made Safety Recall Repairs

My Ford Fusion was recalled for two safety issues and their service department made both repairs during the same visit. No other Ford dealer in the county was able to make these repairs yet. It is nice to know that my driver's side airbag and brakes will work properly now.

Ryan Holochuck delivered an incredible experience for me...

Ryan Holochuck delivered an incredible experience for me when I ordered my 2021 Ram 2500 right from the initial contact, through ordering, shipping and delivery of the truck. He is an all around great guy, that gave me a great price right upfront BOTH on the new truck as well as the trade in vehicle. He updated me along the way with status updates on the new build and the dealership was just plain easy and transparent with everything. I could not have asked for a better experience and absolutely recommend them to anyone in driving distance to go check them out. Buy there, you will not be disappointed.

Best New car experience in Years

Ryan Holochuck was my salesman at Keller Bros Dodge and it was the best new car experience I have had in years. I ordered a 2021 Ram 2500 and they gave me a good price right up front and a real good trade in value on my trade in. Ryan kept me informed all the way from ordering to shipping and delivery of my new truck. Excellent dealer! Highly recommend!

So I have not had any repairs or maintenance done as of yet. So I cannot say anything as to how they are. However, I just purchased a 2016 Scat Pack Challenger. They are an amazing dealer to work with. Made a deal in 2 days. Originally saw the car about 2-3 weeks prior to buying and it was waiting on financing. The day the financing fell through I was given first dibs at looking at it. Put a deposit down and confirmed the credit app the next day. The entire team at Keller Bro’s. was a delight to work with. I specifically work with Cal who did an amazing job. Everyone treated me with respect and made sure we had what we needed. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car or truck.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I bought a brand new truck here and had nothing but problems. It was in the shop more than it was in my garage or for me to been able to enjoy it. After it kept having problem after problem they started acting like it was on me. Once you've put your signature on the paper, they're done with you.
