Bought a used truck, issues immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my truck in with issues within the first week of purchase. First it was the transmission then the rear differential. They tried to be cheap and flush fluids but the bearings needed to be replaced. So after a week I get my truck back and it looks like a 4 year old colored rtv all over the rear of my truck. They insist that the job was done correctly but the record clearly states the gears are worn. Also they didnt use the oem gasket and scratched the differential pan which will lead to rusting in the future. Do yourself a favor and dont have anything serviced here.

We are still willing to have your vehicle picked up at your home and a service loaner provided while we get the vehicle into the shop to remove the excess residue (which you agreed to before this review was written). Great customer service

It was the best experience i had at a dealership before. Brent and his sales team was fantastic. They did everything in their power to get me with a car. They really do an amazing job. I was highly recommend keller bros to only one looking for a car.

Service jeep

Jeep would not start had dead battery got it in and replaced battery and ran tests on charging system got it done quickly and quality service

Had a brake issue. Fixed under warranty!!

My 2016 Ram 2500 Tradesman had a brake issue. Service Staff took the time to isolate the issue. Since it was the holidays, parts shipments were delayed so Gary got me a nice rental car. Gary did a nice job keeping me informed as to the progress of the repair. After initial repair, Service staff test drove the truck and found the issue was not resolved and found the original problem caused another. They ordered parts and got the second issue fixed. I was glad to see they took the extra time to make sure the problem was resolved correctly since it involved the brakes. And it was covered under warranty. While not fun to have your vehicle in for repairs, Keller Bros. Staff were cordial and helpful through the process.

Excellent experience great service They went out of their way to make sure that the issues I had were resolved I had gone somewhere else to get the work before thinking I would save money Turns out the job was not done correctly Keller got it right and for less than I expected I will use them again

Exceptional Attention to Detail

After extensively searching the internet and local dealerships for a year, we purchased our 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie with a Rambox from Keller Brothers Dodge without setting foot in the dealership. Joe was incredibly attentive and professional, answering each of my emails thoroughly without sales propaganda. The addition of specific tires and running boards was handled with ease. The paperwork was mailed to us and the truck was delivered to our door by a courteous driver who drove our trade-in vehicle away. It was the perfect vehicle buying experience and we absolutely love our new truck! Keller Brothers and Joe provided the best experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle.

Please keep in mind that I live 2 hours away in NJ from The Keller Bros. Dealership. Cal was able to give me more for my trade ( unseen ) then my local dealership. They had the vehicle I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. They even delivered it to my place of work . Ask for Cal and he will make sure you leave with a smile .
